The California Water Impact Network

C-WIN is a statewide nonprofit dedicated to equitable and sustainable use of California's water resources. We educate the public about public trust resource and California's constitutional prohibition of waste and unreasonable use of water, and about alternatives that restore rivers, fisheries, and other public trust resources.
