STEEP ROCK ASSOCIATION IS A NATIONALLY ACCREDITED LAND TRUST WHOSE MISSION IS TO CONSERVE ECOLOGICALLY AND HISTORICALLY SIGNIFICANT LANDSCAPES AND RIPARIAN CORRIDORS IN AND AROUND WASHINGTON, CT, AND TO ENHANCE THE COMMUNITY'S CONNECTION TO NATURE THROUGH OUTREACH, EDUCATION, AND PASSIVE RECREATION.

Filoli's mission is to connect our rich history with a vibrant future through beauty, nature and shared stories. We envision a time when all people honor nature, value unique experiences and appreciate beauty in everyday life.

Our association is honored to serve as stewards and promoters of the Superior Hiking Trail, a 300-mile trail alongside Lake Superior in northern Minnesota. The SHT is a resource for everyone, where individuals discover, learn and connect with nature, themselves and each other.

Our mission is to: CONSERVE the natural beauty, vital ecosystems, and unique character of the San Juan Islands for future generations; CARE for the lands and waters under our protection, with our partners; CONNECT people to nature, to each other, and to the Preservation Trust.

The aim is to help the communauty to reunite after being torn apart due to the conflict. Moreover, the aim is to promote a reintegration based on sustainable, social and economical values. The Centro COMParte participates to the reintegration of a population in a post-conflict situation throughout education, culture and entrepeneurship. The Centro COMParte is open everyday for the children and give them a complementary to school : the mission is to give them an education around peace as they all come from families that directly lived the conflict. Furthermore, working with the adults allows to create nexus around the community and to make people know one another and work and learn together is the best way to connect and make peace. Finally, the Centro COMParte promote the recognition of the women work and fight against low incomes. Sembrando Confianza has developped a great network of local producers and allow them to be more sustainable and to learn how to product organically. The social market created by SC allow consumers to be more sensibilized with local and organic products.

Piedmont Land Conservancy protects our region's natural lands, farms and waters for present and future generations. PLC connects people with nature.Areas served in North Carolina: Alamance, Caswell, Forsyth, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham, Stokes, Surry and Yadkin Counties.

Ecology in Classrooms and Outdoors (ECO) inspires elementary school students to connect to our natural world through hands-on ecology enrichment programs. Our programs include a series of nature lessons + activities in students' classrooms and schoolyards, and culminate in service-learning projects in the students' community.

The mission of the Adirondack Council is to ensure the ecological integrity and wild character of the Adirondack Park. We envision an Adirondack Park composed of large core wilderness areas, connected to working farms and forests, and augmented by vibrant communities, all within a diverse mosaic of biologically intact landscapes.

Golden Gate Audubon is dedicated to protecting Bay Area birds, other wildlife and their natural habitats. We conserve and restore wildlife habitat, connect people of all ages and backgrounds with the natural world, and educate and engage Bay Area residents in the protection of our shared, local environment.

Conservation through Poverty Alleviation, International (CPALI) is a US-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that connects people and nature in a mutually beneficial way. Our mission is to advance local innovations that strengthen the resilience of communities and ecosystems bordering Madagascar’s largest remaining rainforest.

Greenbelt Land Trust works to conserve and steward lands and waters in Oregon’s Willamette Valley so they remain healthy and resilient. The organization secures and manages protected properties and conservation easements, restores habitat and water systems, and connects people to nature through low‑impact recreation and education.
