The mission of the Bolsa Chica Land Trust is to acquire, restore and preserve ALL of the mesa, lowlands, and wetlands of the Bolsa Chica, and to educate the public about this natural treasure. The Bolsa Chica Land Trust was formed in 1992 by a small group of Californians who believed that one of the last standing wetland ecosystems in Southern California was worth preserving for future generations.

Our mission is to preserve the significant open lands and natural heritage of Colorado through private and public partnerships, innovative land conservation techniques and strategic leadership.

Founded in 1991, the Southwest Environmental Center (SWEC) works to restore and protect native wildlife and their habitats in the southwestern borderlands through public education, grassroots advocacy and on-the-ground restoration projects. We have 4 staff members (3 full-time and 1 part-time), 2 work studies through NMSU and a large cadre of motivated volunteers.

Crag is a client-focused law center that supports community efforts to protect and sustain the Pacific Northwest’s natural legacy. Implementing a unique model of legal aid for the environment, Crag balances the scales of justice by offering our clients free or low-cost legal services in combination with assistance on campaign strategies, communications, community organizing and media relations.

The Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association educates, inspires, and engages the community to take action to keep wild salmon here for future generations.

Improving lives through access to safe, reliable water, sanitation, and hygiene in the world's most neglected areas. As of Jan. 1, 2024, Lifewater and Water for Good have become one entity and will function under the name Water for Good. Although neither organization required merging, it became evident that by pooling our resources, talents and expertise, we could significantly enhance our impact on the individuals we serve.

The Friends of Hanauma Bay (FOHB) is a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the conservation of coastal and marine environments, emphasizing stewardship of the natural resources of Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve.

The Center for Whale Research conducts long‑term scientific monitoring of Southern Resident killer whales — including annual censuses and health assessments — to inform conservation policy and ecosystem recovery. It also runs public outreach and education programs (including an outreach center) to raise awareness and support for orca and habitat protection.

Connecticut River Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the Connecticut River watershed in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. We collaborate with regional partners to restore and advocate for your rivers, and educate and engage communities. Mississippi Valley Conservancy is an accredited regional land trust that works to permanently protect native habitats, working farmland, and waterways in Wisconsin’s Driftless Area. It does this mainly through voluntary land protection (conservation easements and land acquisition), habitat restoration and management of nature preserves, and public education and stewardship activities to protect biodiversity, clean water, and outdoor access.

Amazon Conservation Association works to protect the Amazon basin by combining field conservation (protected areas and research stations), community partnerships and sustainable livelihoods, and science & technology (satellite/drone monitoring) to detect and stop deforestation and support policy and local enforcement.
