The China California Heart Watch brings together experts from the United States, China, and around the world. Together, we use innovative and sustainable methods to combat the growing epidemic of heart disease in Yunnan Province, China. Our overarching mission is to serve the people of Yunnan through: (1) Training local healthcare professionals in the screening, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease; (2) Improving access to high-quality healthcare and life-saving treatments; (3) Researching the epidemiology of heart disease, the effectiveness of our interventions, and other topics of critical value to rural Chinese populations. The activities of the China California Heart Watch generate no profits. We operate solely through the generosity and vision of our donors, foundations, and granting agencies. The Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) is a nonprofit organization that seeks to improve the quality of life and extend the lives of adults with congenital heart defects. Through education, outreach, advocacy and research, ACHA serves and supports the more than one million adults with congenital heart defects, their families, and the medical community.

The Lion Heart Heroes Foundation seeks to promote heart health for our military community. Objectives: Raise awareness of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and advocate for heart health in the military community. Promote the presence and use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDS) on military posts and at physical fitness events. Support research and partner with the Navy to develop cardiac screening protocols to help identify cardiac abnormalities within our military community. Demonstrate heart screening protocols using the latest scientific techniques.

The Canadian Congenital Heart Alliance (CCHA) is an organization made up of patients with a congenital heart defect, their friends, families, and the medical community. With your support, we aim to improve the quality of care for these patients, many of whom require lifelong expert care.

Heart of Georgia Hospice exists to provide the terminally ill, their families, and the community at large with end-of-life services promoting individual dignity and respect.

Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to assisting all people with behavioral health issues, including those with limited means, to improve their quality of life.
