We are a member-based organization. Our members elect a national Board of Directors who are responsible for setting the strategic direction of Dying With Dignity Canada. The Board has hired an Executive Director to carry out day-to-day operations and execute our strategic plan. We are funded by membership fees and donations, both of which are tax deductible. To Heck With Cancer is a nonprofit organization that raises money for Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) research. Julia Heck, diagnosed at age 25 with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, founded the organization with the hope to increase awareness about the need for MBC research.
