The Community Hospice is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program. And we offer that help and comfort in eight counties in upstate New York: Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Columbia, Greene, Montgomery and Washington.
