The National Kidney Foundation (NKF), a major voluntary nonprofit health organization, is dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases, improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by kidney disease and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation. The NKF is ranked in the top 1% of socially responsible brands and meets the standards of the Wise Giving Alliance of the Better Business Bureau where 80% of every dollar raised goes directly to programs and services. 

Believe In Tomorrow National Children's Foundation is a twenty-five year-old, non-profit organization with a mission to provide unique programs that bring comfort,joy and hope to critically ill children and their families. We believe in keeping families together during a child's medical crisis, and that the gentle cadence of normal family life has a powerful influence on the healing process. Believe In Tomorrow has provided more than a quarter of a million overnight accommodations to children from every state in the United States. Our programs include Children's Hospital and Retreat Housing and Hands On Adventures that provide ongoing support to children and families from the child's diagnosis to the end of the treatment process.

The Greater Philadelphia Coalition Against Hunger strives to build a community where all people have the food they need to lead healthy lives. The Coalition connects people with food assistance programs and nutrition education; provides resources to a network of food pantries; and educates the public and policymakers about responsible solutions that prevent people from going hungry.

Salt and Light Coalition is a grassroots movement that mobilizes individuals and organizations to empower survivors to achieve self-sufficiency and and thrive through workforce development.

The mission of the The Mental Health Coalition of Teton Valley is to empower the people of our community to enhance their mental wellness by providing advocacy, education, and access to resources.

OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR CAREGIVERS AFFECTED BY ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE OR RELATED DEMENTIAS, AND TO OFFER RESPITE SERVICES FOR CAREGIVERS OF PERSONS WITH DEBILITATING DISEASES.

The coalition works to prevent suicide in Elkhart County by educating the public, providing training and presentations, and connecting people to local resources and support. It focuses on community awareness, outreach, and training rather than delivering direct clinical services.

Our Vision The AIDS Coalition of Nova Scotia is a PHA (People Living with HIV/AIDS)-centered, community leader committed to the creation of a positive, safe and caring environment. We believe learning is an important, ongoing process, fundamental to our growth. We believe in advocating for a just and compassionate society. As the AIDS Coalition of Nova Scotia envisions and fights for a cure, we strive to promote holistic quality of life. ACNS will respond to the changes and challenges by ensuring qualified, compassionate human resources, funding, education and commitment to health promotion.

ICADV builds networks of support for and with survivors, and advances statewide policies and practices that transform societal attitudes and institutions to eliminate and prevent domestic abuse.
