To provide access to free medical care to medically indigent adult residents of St. Charles and Lincoln Counties, MOAn all volunteer staff provides free primary health care to uninsured, low income residents. When they cannot afford needed medication (most often), we pay for their medicine. VIM operates totally on donations.
