Established in 2005, The GEANCO Foundation saves and transforms lives in Africa. We conduct complex surgical missions and run an innovative program to fight anemia in Nigeria. Through our system of modern, solar-powered rural maternal clinics, we help poor, vulnerable pregnant women safely deliver healthy babies. In addition to donating laptops, tablets, books, medicine and sports facilities to schools, our David Oyelowo Leadership Scholarship for Girls provides full tuition, healthcare, and social & psychological support to young female survivors of terrorism and gender inequality in Nigeria. The Child Cancer Fund was founded in 1994 by a group of Jacksonville, FL parents whose children were being treated for cancer; they understood the stress, anxiety and heartache of a childhood cancer diagnosis. We provide practical, emotional, financial, and educational support to children and their families every step of the way to navigate the challenges of childhood cancer.

The goals of the Taylor Anderson Memorial Fund are: 1. Assist students, schools and families in the Ishinomaki and general Tohoku area recover from the earthquake and tsunami. 2. Save the Turtles, Inc. is dedicated to protecting sea turtles in critical habitat areas by awarding grants to community-based programs, assisting with salaries for the locals who patrol the beach at night protecting nesting turtles from poachers. Our organization is small and we are all volunteers, so our donations we receive are streamlined to worthy conservation projects, mostly in Costa Rica although we have financially assisted in the rescue of sea turtles in emergency situations such as the BP oil spill in the U.S. We value the donor’s intent—the money designated to saving sea turtles--and believe in a minimal overhead/administrative cost.
