NPH USA, formerly Friends of the Orphans, transforms the lives of abandoned and disadvantaged children with homes, healthcare and educational programs, making a positive impact in Latin America and the Caribbean. NPH USA support Nuestros Peque os Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for "Our Little Brothers and Sisters"). Together, we create families for life and teach children the values of unconditional love, shared responsibility and helping others. Since its founding in 1954, NPH has assisted more than 20,000 children and is currently raising more than 3,400 boys and girls in nine countries. An additional 2,300 students who live outside the homes receive scholarships, meals and health care. Over 99,000 services were provided through community outreach programs in 2015.

Free workshops, webinars and at-home programs offer lessons on skin and nail care, wigs and turbans, cosmetics, accessories, body image and personal styling - empowering cancer patients to regain confidence, connect with community , hope and compassion and to focus on becoming survivors and thrivers.

The NYC LGBT Community Center (The Center) was established in 1983 at the height of the AIDS crisis to provide a safe and affirming place for LGBTQ+ New Yorkers to respond to the urgent threats facing the community. We are today—as we were then—a place of safety, connection, activism, and joy. Today, we have over 300,000 annual visitors; 400 community groups call our space home; and we offer a host of direct services to those seeking accessible, affordable and affirming support. For over 40 years, The Center has grown to meet the changing needs of New York’s LGBTQ+ community, delivering services that empower people to lead healthy, successful lives. Operating in-person and virtually, we provide recovery and wellness programs, economic advancement initiatives, family and youth support, advocacy, arts and cultural programming, and space for community organizing, connection, and celebration.

The National Scleroderma Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1998 to advance medical research, promote disease awareness, and provide support and education to people with scleroderma, their families and support networks. Supported by a network of thousands of individuals across the United States, the Foundation helps those living with scleroderma by providing support and education at the same time that it funds peer-reviewed scleroderma research. Since its founding, the Foundation has committed over $30 Million to discover the cause, understand the mechanism, and overcome scleroderma forever.
