The Fetal Health Foundation supports families who receive a prenatal fetal‑syndrome diagnosis by connecting them with medical specialists, offering emotional and practical support (including travel grants), funding research into fetal conditions, and raising awareness so families can find timely treatment options. Our mission is to #HealTheMusic by providing access to healthcare by removing barriers, finding solutions, and restoring health and hope for music industry professionals nationwide. Every $1 donated equals $30 in critical life-saving healthcare resources. Over the past decade, we've helped nearly 25,000 clients, saving more than $127M in healthcare costs for our music community.

Since its establishment in 1988, the Foundation has raised over $20 million. Funds have been used to construct the original campus buildings in the early 1990s and Perley Rideau's Guest House in 2006, purchase equipment such as baths, lifts, improve the grounds and support the Health Centre's unique recreation and creative arts programs. In 2012, the Foundation embarked on a $5 million Building Choices, Enriching Lives Capital Campaign. All funds raised are dedicated to the construction costs of the two seniors apartment buildings and the associated amenities. The Foundation is a registered charity both federally and provincially. Eligible gifts to the Foundation entitle donors to a charitable tax receipt which may be used to claim a non-refundable tax credit on their own income tax. The Hennepin Healthcare Foundation exists to guide and encourage the community to support the mission of Hennepin Healthcare to provide the best possible care to every patient, search for new ways to improve care, educate providers, and ensure access to healthcare for all. Generosity from the community enhances equitable access to healthcare, offers aid and comfort to our patient population, ensures a stable, competent workforce, and launches community health innovations through research.

Sexual Health Centre Saskatoon (SHCS) provides a non-judgmental, sex -positive, and supportive atmosphere to help you make decisions and take action that is right for you. SHCS provides factual, up-to-date and unbiased information regarding all methods of contraception which can help you in planning and/or avoiding pregnancy. We provide information and counseling about HIV/AIDS and other STI’s. Weekly we offer a drop-in youth focused birth control and sexual health clinic. A nurse is on hand to offer physical exams, birth control prescription and STI testing. SCHS offers most types of birth control in the office at discount prices as well as free condoms. SCHS offers the opportunity for you to explore all of your options when faced with an unintended pregnancy. We believe that women have the right to non-judgmental support and factual information about all options—parenting, adoption, and abortion in order to make confident, well informed decision

Children's Health Council's mission is to help children with ADHD, LD, Anxiety & Depression and Autism Spectrum Disorders thrive by promoting Social Emotional Learning, Academics, Executive functioning and Physical Development. Our Center, two schools and Community Clinic serve families in Silicon Valley as well as the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We believe there is a world of promise and potential in every child and using a personalized approach, we help children become happier, more resilient and more successful at home, in school and in life.

WHA is dedicated to meeting the needs of the underserved among us by providing in-depth medical and dental care, at no cost to the patient, without regard to ethnicity, political orientation or religion. Founded in 2007, WHA has conducted Medical and Dental Missions around the globe, serving those who do not otherwise have access to needed health care. WHA Team members currently number over 700, including medical professionals from Vietnam, Myanmar, Canada, The Kingdom of Bhutan, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Canada and across the United States.

We are a breast surgery community. We are a women’s health community. HealthLink Dental Clinic is a free dental clinic for low-income, working adults and veterans who live in Bucks and Montgomery County (Southeastern Pennsylvania). We provide free oral health services including exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns all on-site at our location on Street Road in Southampton. HealthLink is a full-time clinic; we are open five days a week with evening availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Last year, 2,004 adults in our community received free care at our clinic resulting in 2,671 dental appointments provided at no-cost to patients but with a total value of $760,980.

Mission: The HealthWell Foundation reduces financial barriers to care for underinsured patients with chronic or life-altering diseases. The HealthWell Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to help underinsured patients living with chronic or life-altering diseases afford their prescription drug copayments, health insurance premiums, deductibles and coinsurance and other out-of-pocket costs. HealthWell's vision is to ensure that no patient, adult or child, goes without essential medical treatments because they cannot afford them. Since 2004, we have helped more than 320,000 patients afford their medical treatments and lead healthier, more fulfilling and productive lives.

Since 2003, Haverim Le'Refuah (Friends for Health) has been saving lives. At Haverim we share a goal for 'Tikun Olam'; to improve and repair our world. This is how we've set about doing so: Our 'Free Pharmacy' supplies over 3,200 people with free medication every month. People that without our help are forced to choose between food - and meds. These painkilling and life-saving medication is sometimes the difference between life and death for many of them. Our network of 'Save A Life' funds help gather funds for medical cases that the system has failed. From 3-month old babies to transplants and cancer patients: we give hope and life to hundreds of people and their families. Our Children's Project affects the lives of hundreds of special needs children and young adults - and provides respite for their families.
