The Evanosky Foundation exists for the purpose of generating funds to support two main objectives. It will support pediatric leukodystrophy research as well as assist and care for children and families affected by one of the leukodystrophies and/or other disabling conditions.

Health-Point Foundation (HPF) is a grassroots,non-profit, volunteer run relief organization which was set up for the provision of medical, dental and educational services to displaced individuals regardless of religion, race and nationality.

The mission of the Carcinoid Cancer Foundation is to increase awareness and educate the general public and healthcare professionals regarding carcinoid and related neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), to support NET cancer patients and their families, and to serve as patient advocates.

Canadian Naturopathic Foundation The Canadian Naturopathic Foundation (CNF) is a charitable organization supporting naturopathic medicine in Canada. Research Fund This fund facilitates research related to naturopathic medicine, which the board considers beneficial to the profession. The CNF must retain some rights of ownership of the research. Public Education Fund This fund is used to promote public education and awareness of naturopathic medicine. Scholarship Fund Scholarship recipients must be a Canadian student in full time study at an approvied Naturopathic college and must meet specific criteria.

Aidan's Heart Foundation is committed to providing awareness, education, and support to the communities of the southeast Pennsylvania region and its surrounding area to create heart-safe communities for youth regarding the prevention of and/or response to Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

The Sturge-Weber Foundation’s (the SWF) international mission is to improve the quality of life and care for people with Sturge-Weber syndrome and associated Port Wine Birthmark conditions through collaborative education, advocacy, research and friendly support.

THE SOUTHAMPTON HOSPITAL FOUNDATION, INC., A SEPARATE NONPROFIT CORPORATION WITH AN INDEPENDENT BOARD OF TRUSTEES, SUPPORTS STONY BROOK SOUTHAMPTON HOSPITAL'S MISSION TO DELIVER HEALTHCARE SERVICES AND EXPAND CLINICAL PROGRAMS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ITS EAST ENDCOMMUNITIES. ALTHOUGH THE SOUTHAMPTON HOSPITAL FOUNDATION, INC., HAS EXISTED FOR SOME TIME, RECENT CHANGES TO ITS STRUCTURE AND MISSION HAVE PUT GREATER EMPHASIS ON FUND RAISING FOR AND INCREASED PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE HOSPITAL'S PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. THE FOUNDATION CONCENTRATES ITS EFFORTS ON INCREASING CRITICAL PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT TO ENSURE HIGH-QUALITY HEALTHCARE FOR ALL OUR NEIGHBORS ON THE EAST END. IN 2023, WE ANTICIPATE FURTHERING MONIES RAISED TOWARD THE NEW GOAL FOR THE EAST HAMPTON EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT OF $50M RESULTING FROM POST-COVID SUPPLY COST INCREASES, AS WELL AS FURTHERING THE CAPITAL CAMPAIGN TO BUILD A NEW STONY BROOK SOUTHAMPTON HOSPITAL.
