Moreano World Medical Mission organizes volunteer surgical teams led by Dr. Edwin Moreano to provide pro‑bono reconstructive and ENT surgeries (including cleft and facial/neck reconstruction) for underprivileged children and adults in Latin America. The group runs recurring field missions, partners with local hospitals and civic groups, and raises funds in the U.S. to cover supplies and travel.
