The Valley Hospice Foundation was formed in response to the growing demand for hospice beds and the need to improve the support available to families dealing with end of life issues. "Hospice" will meet the needs of an aging population, and the high rate of life limiting illnesses among the people living in the Valley.

The foundation honors Michael’s memory by educating teens, families, and communities about the dangers of illicit fentanyl. It runs awareness presentations, community outreach (including Narcan distribution and training), public events, and resources to reduce stigma, prevent fentanyl poisonings, and empower people to act.

Orlando Health's mission is to improve the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities we serve. The mission of the Orlando Health Foundation is to support the strategic priorities of Orlando Health through philanthropy. This is accomplished through grants; annual, major and planned gifts; and special event fundraisers.

The Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation (MDF) is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 by families living with myotonic dystrophy (DM). Our mission, Care and a Cure, is to enhance the quality of life of people living with mytonic dystrophy, and to advance research efforts focused on finding treatments and a cure for this disease.

The Testicular Cancer Foundation educates young men about testicular cancer, promotes early detection through awareness and self-exam guidance, and provides support resources for patients, survivors, and caregivers. It also shares materials with healthcare and community groups to improve care and survivorship outcomes.

The Kentucky Hemophilia Foundation supports people with hemophilia and related inherited bleeding disorders across Kentucky by providing education, advocacy, and family support services while promoting research toward a cure. Its programs are offered free to participants and are funded by grants, donations, and fundraising events.

Mission: The HealthWell Foundation reduces financial barriers to care for underinsured patients with chronic or life-altering diseases. The HealthWell Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization that provides financial assistance to help underinsured patients living with chronic or life-altering diseases afford their prescription drug copayments, health insurance premiums, deductibles and coinsurance and other out-of-pocket costs. HealthWell's vision is to ensure that no patient, adult or child, goes without essential medical treatments because they cannot afford them. Since 2004, we have helped more than 320,000 patients afford their medical treatments and lead healthier, more fulfilling and productive lives.

The mission of International Promise Foundation (IPF) is to provide assistance internationally in fulfilling the biblical instructions of our Lord Jesus Christ as outlined in James 1:27…”look after the orphans and widows in their distress.” Our hope is to serve God’s Kingdom to the best of our ability for generations to come.

Love Unlimited Foundation runs an annual free "LOVE U Camp" and related programs to supply school kits, backpacks and textbook scholarships to underprivileged primary-school children in Jamaica. The organization’s work focuses on youth development and breaking the cycle of poverty through education and community support.
