The Quell Foundation strives to reduce the number of suicides, overdoses and incarcerations of people with mental health illness. We work to accomplish this by encouraging people to share their stories, increasing access to mental health services, providing a pipeline of future mental health care professionals with scholarships, and training first responders to recognize mental health crisis warning signs amongst their own.

Bethania Kids (The Bethania Foundation) is a Christian mission that nurtures and equips impoverished, orphaned, abandoned, and differently‑abled children — and supports women and families — in South India. It provides residential homes, care/after‑school centers, rehabilitation services and women’s empowerment programs delivering food, shelter, education, medical care and spiritual support so children and women can build stable, independent lives.

The Isaac Foundation was created to in 2006, shortly after our son Isaac was diagnosed with MPS VI. Our goal is to raise funds and awareness, in order to find a cure for Isaac and all children with this devastating and progressive disease throughout Canada and the rest of the world. The SHARP Foundation is a Calgary based, non-profit, charitable organization that provides a spectrum of integrated (medical, physical, psychosocial and spiritual aspects) care to our community's most vulnerable persons living with HIV/AIDS. We offer hope, dignity and compassion in a safe, non-judgemental environment. SHARP currently operates 4 residential care facilities: • Project Kathleen - 24/7 supported care for women with complex health/psychosocial profiles • Beswick House - a 24-hour supportive living environment for 10 people living with HIV / AIDS, including palliative care support. • Scott House - a program to address the needs of clients who require support to successfully establish themselves into independent living situations. • Project 2011 - Provides longer term housing and supports for individuals who have demonstrated an ability to live more independently in a group home setting. Lamp for Haiti is non-profit, non-sectarian and apolitical. Lamp for Haiti envisions a time when the communities we serve will meet their basic health and humanitarian needs on a self- sustaining basis. Tia's mission is to bring access to lifesaving healthcare and preventative education in the poorest remote places where there are no doctors or medicine through Tia's self-sustaining, teach them to fish program.

VOBOC’s three free services: 1) Vo-Pak program VOBOC delivers free backpacks to oncology units to give to their new cancer patients on their first day of treatment. Each Vo-Pak (venturing out pack) contains tools and resources to help patients navigate through the cancer treatment experience. 2) Granting of Special Requests At the request from medical teams, VOBOC considers and grants Special Requests to patients in palliative care whose circumstances require VOBOC’s assistance in order to realize the request. 3) Education and Awareness VOBOC supports and leads initiatives that raise awareness and public sensitivity to the increasing occurrence of cancers in adolescents and young adults.
