We are a nationally accredited, non-profit organization that serves 20,000 troubled young people & their families from across Canada every year. We operate over 30 programs & services including: 24/7 intensive residential treatment, in-home family support, crisis intervention, community outreach, foster care, addiction/substance abuse treatment, no-fee, walk-in counselling.
Homes of Promise operates ten transitional sober-living homes in Los Angeles County, California. Our homes have been designed to foster community and accountability for those who are seeking a healthy lifestyle. Our mission is to provide those who are broken with a safe environment of love, grace, support and accountability. We believe that our homes play an important role in the early stages of recovery.
Saint Luke’s Homes is located in the west end of the city of St. John's, the nursing home has 126 long term care beds, including one respite bed available to those residing in the community. It also has a Heritage Room and its own Chapel. Besides the nursing home, there are 54 independent-living cottages, and the Bishop John Meaden Manor Complex with 76 apartments. Saint Luke's is the only nursing home to offer an Adult Day Program and is committed to providing a continuum of care from independent living to nursing care.
About Our Charity Shifra Home is a maternity residence and resource centre for young pregnant women. Located in Burlington, Ontario, Shifra Home provides a safe environment that assists the resident in making informed decisions about parenting or adoption. Our programs are designed to support, shelter, nurture and care for young mothers, fathers and their babies. Our doors are open to residents at any time during their pregnancy and up to three months after the birth of their baby.
St Michael’s Homes provides two programs within its rehabilitative homes serving a total of 75 individuals in four residential settings, all located in the City of Toronto. We know that recovery and an improved overall quality of life is possible. Your recovery plan will be driven by you and focused on your strengths.
