Stand Up To Cancer’s (SU2C) mission is to raise funds to accelerate the pace of groundbreaking translational research that can get new therapies to patients quickly and save lives now. SU2C brings together the best and the brightest researchers and mandates collaboration among the cancer community. By galvanizing the entertainment industry, SU2C has set out to generate awareness, educate the public on cancer prevention and help more people diagnosed with cancer become long-term survivors. Stand Up To Cancer is an initiative of the Entertainment Industry Foundation.

To make all who are touched by invasive lobular breast cancer (also referred to as invasive lobular carcinoma or “ILC”) aware of its unique characteristics and the critical need for more ILC research; to be the go-to source for information on ILC studies, clinical trials and educational tools; to foster partnerships among patients, scientists, clinicians, and breast cancer organizations to increase dialogue about ILC and research advocacy; and to fund vital ILC research. The National Foundation for Cancer Research (NFCR) was founded in 1973 to support cancer research and public education relating to the prevention, early diagnosis, better treatments and, ultimately, a cure for cancer. NFCR promotes and facilitates collaboration among scientists to accelerate the pace of discovery from bench to bedside. NFCR is committed to Making Cures Possible – cures for all types of cancer.

THE H FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO RAISE FUNDS FOR BASIC SCIENCE CANCER RESEARCH, SUPPORTING THE EARLY, NOVEL IDEAS THAT MAY LEAD RESEARCH TEAMS TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL GRANTS AND ADVANCEMENTS IN THE FIGHT AGAINST CANCER.
