Peace Sisters assists over 470 underprivileged girls to access educational opportunities in Togo, West Africa. Peace Sisters was founded by Tina Kampor, a Togolese American woman who moved to California in 2003 and worked hard so she would be able to send money back to Togo to help girls who might otherwise have dropped out of school. School fee payments, solar study lamps, ID Cards, menstrual pads, and basic health insurance are some of the ways that Peace Sisters helps girls to succeed in their education. In 2021, Peace Sisters celebrated the first college graduation by a girl in our program!

NPH USA, formerly Friends of the Orphans, transforms the lives of abandoned and disadvantaged children with homes, healthcare and educational programs, making a positive impact in Latin America and the Caribbean. NPH USA support Nuestros Peque os Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for "Our Little Brothers and Sisters"). Together, we create families for life and teach children the values of unconditional love, shared responsibility and helping others. Our donors help children overcome poverty and become leaders in their own communities. Since its founding in 1954, NPH has assisted more than 20,000 children and is currently raising more than 3,400 boys and girls in nine countries. An additional 2,300 students who live outside the homes receive scholarships, meals and health care. Over 99,000 services were provided through community outreach programs in 2015.

Project C.U.R.E. was founded in 1987 to help bridge staggering health resource gaps in the developing world by matching medical supplies and modern equipment with facilities in need to empower doctors and nurses with the tools they need to treat disease, deliver vaccines, perform life-changing surgeries and ensure safe childbirth. Project C.U.R.E. operates distribution centers in Colorado, Tennessee, Texas and Arizona and receives donations of supplies and specialized equipment from hundreds of U.S. hospitals and medical manufacturers. Thanks to the dedication of thousands of volunteers nationwide, two to three cargo containers of life-saving aid leave Project C.U.R.E.’s warehouses every week. In addition, Project C.U.R.E. sends volunteer medical teams to underserved facilities abroad to provide free care and train local healthcare staff. Today, Project C.U.R.E. is the world’s largest distributor of medical donations to resource-limited communities across the globe, touching the lives of patients, families and children in 130 countries.

SALUD HONDU SUPPORTS AN ON-GOING MEDICAL CLINIC, CLINICA DE SANTA MARIA, IN REITOCA, HONDURAS, AS WELL AS A NEW PHARMACY AND IMMEDIATE CARE CENTER IN CURAREN, HONDURAS. OUR STAFF INCLUDES TWO PHYSICIANS, A NURSE, A PHARMACIST AND PHARMACY ASSISTANT, A CLINICAL LABORATORY DIRECTOR, A PATIENT TRANSPORTATION DRIVER, AND A FACILTY CARETAKER. OVER 600 PATIENTS ARE SEEN MONTHLY, MANY ARE CHILDREN. THESE CLINICS SERVE NOT LONLY THE TOWNS OF REITOCA AND CURAREN, BUT ALSO SERVE VILLAGES FROM OUTLYING AND REMOTE MOUNTAIN COMMUNITIES.

INARA's vision is a world where no child impacted by conflict is left untreated. INARA seeks to improve the lives of conflict impacted children and their physical and mental health through financial support and increased access to services. INARA works with children from conflict areas who have suffered from physical and mental harm. INARA provides them with access to life-altering medical care and fully covers and finances their treatment until they are fully healed. INARA also provides in-house mental health services to help children cope with and process their trauma.INARA’s mission is to fill in the gaps in access to life changing medical & mental health services by sponsoring care for conflict impacted children.

Waves of Recovery is a not for profit organization built to provide individuals with mental health and addiction struggles with an opportunity to repair, restore, and find hope through ocean-based activities and experiences. We are a team of highly trained professionals in mental and behavioral healthcare and surfing instruction whose passion lies in supporting and encouraging people to find healing, connection, and community through the ocean and the outdoors.
