We work together with children, families and communities impacted by trauma to support healing and resilience, to encourage hope and to empower them to realize their greatest potential.

The Glaucoma Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of people with glaucoma. The Foundation works to encourage and support basic and applied research in glaucoma with a goal to preserve and restore vision. We strive to be an important resource to help patients, their families, and at-risk individuals to manage their glaucoma through education and outreach.

The FPIES Foundation will continuously strive to explore treatment options customized to enable growth and healing for today’s children as well as those of the future. Together with families and medical professionals, we will make changes today to create a lasting foundation for tomorrow.

To find treatments and a cure for the rare cancer, Epithelioid Hemangioendothelioma (EHE), by advancing research and driving collaboration between patients, researchers, and clinicians.

The Baddour Center is dedicated to providing a model residential community for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism in an environment that promotes maximum growth intellectually, spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally, and vocationally.

Central Neighbourhood House (CNH) is a non-profit community based United Way agency located in central east Toronto. CNH provides programming and services to a broad range of clients from the Regent Park, St. Jamestown and Moss Park areas of Toronto. Poverty, language and education barriers that are often compounded by violence, drugs and alcohol abuse disadvantage our clients and community members. Founded in 1911, CNH has been an integral part of the community for close to 100 years!! CNH offers anti-violence programs for young men and women, friendly visits to seniors, children's camps, recreation programs, tutoring. Our Street Survivors program scours the city streets, parks, bridges, and underpasses looking for children, families, teens and adults living on the streets -- we offer them support services to help them look for housing, counselling and so much more.

The Bloom Group is a multi-faceted service provider operating primarily in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, offering aid and assistance to those in need. We provide support for people who face the challenges of poverty, crime, mental illness and addictions, chronic health issues, illiteracy, homelessness and the sex trade. We provide safe housing and supports that help individuals manage on a daily basis and live their lives with dignity.

The Michener Institute is Canada's leading post-secondary educational institution for applied health sciences. Founded in 1958 and located in downtown Toronto, Michener's unique combination of theory, laboratory instruction and clinical education prepares health professionals to meet the growing demands of Canada's health care system. Michener's expertise in applied health science education is nationally and internationally renowned. We serve over 800 full-time and 4,000 continuing education students with more than 30 academic offerings, and are constantly developing new programs to meet the changing needs of Canada's health care system.

The AIDS Network is a registered charitable organization that offers services and education to people living in the communities of Hamilton, Halton, Haldimand, Norfolk and Brant. Established in 1986, we are the only organization in the region that offers services and support to men, women, children and families who have been affected by HIV/AIDS.

The Kettle began over 35 years ago providing support and services to mental health consumers in Vancouver. It has since grown into a registered charity with an operating budget of approximately $8 million today. The Kettle's mandate is to provide an open door drop-in. It provides services and support in the areas of housing, advocacy, employment, meals and approximately 26 weekly life-skill programs.
