Family Services of the North Shore is an accredited, not-for-profit, community-based organization. For sixty years, we have provided education, support, and counselling to heal and connect the North Shore community.The Agency serves the City of North Vancouver, District of North Vancouver, the District of West Vancouver, as well as the Village of Lions Bay, and Bowen Island. We also lead the provincial work in the prevention of eating disorders.Our annual budget is now close to 3.7 million of which one third or 1.3 million is fundraised. We actively work with our donors, funders, community partners and corporate donors to ensure the sustainability of effective and cost-efficient programs. Our vision is a connected community where people care for one another. We annually serve close to 7400 individuals and families through a broad range of social services to children, youth, adults, couples, and families from a diverse array of cultural and economic backgrounds.

The Loretto Foundation is the not-for-profit corporation whose mission is to provide financial support by the solicitation of funds and property from the general public, charitable foundations and all other appropriate sources to help sustain Loretto's role as an innovator in long-term care, responsive to the diverse needs of an aging population. The Loretto Foundation also strives to heighten community awareness of Loretto, its programs and services in providing for the needs of older adults. Since 1982, Alzheimer's Orange County (formerly known as Alzheimer's Association, Orange County Chapter), has been Orange County's center for Alzheimer's resources. We are dedicated to providing quality care and support services to the thousands of residents of Orange County, California who are affected by Alzheimer's disease or other related dementia, and also partnering with local researchers to populate clinical trials to help find a cure. Our mission: To provide hands-on care and support, information, referrals, education and resources for families in Orange County and surrounding areas who experience memory loss, Alzheimer's and other dementias, while advancing critical research for a cure.
Under its red roof, St. Michaels Mission is a not for profit independent agency working directly with the poor and homeless in Montreals downtown core. The Mission, as a day centre, provides an important link in the chain of services for the Citys disadvantaged and marginalized population. Today the Mission offers breakfast and lunch, showers and hygiene products, clothing and emergency food to a multilingual and multicultural clientele. Other basic services include crisis intervention, as a first step in the process of rehabilitation as well as assistance in welfare, unemployment, immigration and refugee issues enabling clients to take their place in today's society. In addition, information and referral services are given on mental health and addiction problems.
Trillium Health Partners Foundation was created following the amalgamation of The Trillium Health Centre Foundation and The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation in July, 2013. Together, as one foundation, we are raising the critical funds needed for pan-hospital and site specific initiatives. Whether we focus our support at one site, on one project, on research or on one piece of equipment, the combined impact affects the entire hospital system and the community that it serves. Comprised of Credit Valley Hospital, the Mississauga Hospital and the Queensway Health Centre, Trillium Health Partners serves the growing and diverse populations of Mississauga, West Toronto and surrounding communities.
The Toronto People With AIDS Foundation serves all men, women and children living with HIV or AIDS in Toronto, the largest HIV/AIDS population in Canada. We provide direct and practical services that help people living with HIV or AIDS meet their basic needs. Since our founding in 1987, we have grown to become Canada's largest direct service provider for people living with HIV/AIDS. Our services include a weekly food bank, a weekly meal delivery program, financial assistance for uninsured medical costs, HIV treatment information and short-term access to HIV medication, among many others.
G-PACT is dedicated to providing a network of resources for gastroparesis and chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction patients, medical professionals, and the general population. All of our services are provided free of charge. We rely 100% on donations and grants. Our staff is fully voluntary and no one is paid for their services. This allows us to use 100% of all funding towards our awareness, advocacy, and operating expenses. We also sponsor the first international Gastroparesis Registry and have been collecting data since November 2015. In addition, we also contribute a percentage of net income each year to established research studies.

The Arthritis & Autoimmunity Research Centre (AARC) Foundation supports basic, clinical and population health research in arthritis, autoimmunity and related musculoskeletal health at University Health Network (UHN). UHN comprises Toronto General Hospital, Toronto Western Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital. Considered one of Canada's largest teaching hospitals, it is affiliated with the University of Toronto. The Research Centre's goal is to transform healthcare for patients with arthritis and other autoimmune disorders through the implementation of curative intervention strategies requiring the integrative approach that combines the expertise of individuals from a variety of disciplines: genomic/proteomic medicine, bioinformatics, health services research, immunology, medical imaging, orthopaedics and rheumatology.

The Early Intervention Program provides speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and related family support to families with children who have developmental delays. The School-age Therapy Program provides occupational and physical therapy consultation services though Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows School District #42. The Family Connections Program provides services to families who have children with diagnosed or suspected FASD, ADHD or complex behaviour challenges.
