We are an agile and efficient organization that aims to improve the health of vulnerable populations, including those at risk of malnutrition, infectious disease and emerging epidemics, such as obesity and tobacco-caused disease. HealthBridge helps local partners develop and implement appropriate solutions, apply innovative and sustainable practices, and promote effective policies.

The Masonic Home of Missouri has evolved beyond a physical home. The Masonic Home of Missouri offers multiple programs to help Missouri Masons, their wives or widows, Eastern Star ladies, and children, wherever they live.

World Of Broken Hearts focuses on congenital heart defect and organ donation awareness by showcasing their journey through photographs and storytelling. Here at World of Broken Hearts, we give the gift of high-quality photographs and family portraits so the families can cherish for a lifetime.Our mission is to be able to raise much-needed CHD and organ donation awareness that can lead to much-needed CHD funding. We want to be able to travel all over children's hospitals in the U.S. and tell all these profound stories.

Since 1985, Hospice of Wichita Falls has offered a special kind of care to patients and families in 12 North Texas counties (within approximately 50-60 miles of Wichita Falls) who are coping with cancer or other life-threatening illnesses. Pain control and symptom management is the focus of hospice care. A team of physicians, nurses, social workers, aides, clergy and volunteers, along with support staff, work together to ensure the patient's physical, emotional and spiritual comfort. Most often, hospice care is provided in the patient's own home. When patients cannot safely remain at home, inpatient hospice care is provided in the W. Erle and Emma White Hospice Center.

Smoky Mountain Children's Home is a private, faith-based, not-for-profit, multi-service agency that provides professional care and treatment for boys and girls referred for our services due to emotional, behavioral, and life situations. 

Guide Dogs of Texas provides quality guide dogs for Texans who are visually impaired to increase their freedom, mobility and independence. We are committed to personalized service and lifelong dedication to our clients and their guide dogs.

Part of an international organization called L'Arche founded in 1964, L'Arche Atlanta was founded in 2012 and seeks to build community around the gifts of people with developmental disabilities and to sensitize the wider public to the gifts and contributions of people with disabilities.
