The Cumberland Health Care Foundation primarily supports the regional acute care facility for Cumberland County (the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre)as well as funding County-wide programs in support of the 4 smaller hospitals. Funding of programs and services is in alignment with the Cumberland Health Authority to ensure maximum usage of donated dollars. Special funds have been set up for the Palliative Care Unit, Cumberland Cancer Assistance, Mental Health, the Holly Spicer Healing Garden, the Teddy Bear Pediatrics Funds, Equipment Fund, Endowment Fund as well as others.
