Our services are provided by family doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and community health workers. In addition to medical services, our staff also offer many programs that address the factors in our lives that most impact on our health. These factors include: income, education, employment, housing, cooking and nutrition, recreation and social supports.

We Promote Health is a Howard County, Maryland based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This is achieved by: Developing strategic community partnerships   Serving as a leader in coordinating community-wide initiatives to motivate all stake holders     to focus on wellness, in the broadest sense, by leveraging all of our assets, relationships and resources.   Providing on-going opportunities for stake holders to become engaged and stay engaged. Providing an opportunity for other wellness organizations and professionals, who share the same spirit of giving, a platform to improve lives through physical activity, nutrition and health education. 

The Windsor Family Health Team operates under a community-based governance model and provides community primary care services to residents in the Windsor and surrounding area.

Following a model of care and accompaniment developed by Partners In Health 25 years ago, PIH Canada takes a comprehensive approach to health care for the poor -- one that addresses root causes of poverty and disease in communities by starting with the stories and needs of individual patients. We believe high quality medical care is a human right, and that the health of the world’s poor, wherever they live, places a unique claim on our collective moral obligation. This is the vision that PIH Canada’s work will uphold. London Health Sciences Foundation (LHSF) is a charity accredited by Imagine Canada and the Better Business Bureau, dedicated to strengthening LHSC’s ability to provide the highest-quality health care to patients in London and throughout Southwestern Ontario. Donations to LHSF fund innovative equipment, research, education and enhanced patient care at LHSC, a teaching hospital and leader in medical research offering the broadest range of specialized clinical services in Ontario.

Around the world two million people a year die from occupational disease. Occupational hazards affect children, families and communities as well as workers. Workplace Health Without Borders is dedicated to preventing occupational disease worldwide. By providing training, mentoring, technical assistance, equipment and other services, we aim to help communities that lack occupational health resources develop the capacity to achieve healthy work environments.

The Sheep River Health Trust is responsive, adaptable and accountable volunteer community organization which exists to achieve these goals in support of healthcare in our community. We support the provision of quality healthcare services, programs and equipment in our communities. We contribute to community health promotion through education and supporting preventative programming. We engender public confidence through responsible governance, with strategic transparent and achievable operational plans.

Agape Unlimited Health Services will establish in Russia a high-quality Christian healthcare network that provides compassionate and quality medical care and supports health and humanitarian outreach opportunities. Agape will partner with local organizations to provide both physical and spiritual help and provide opportunities to positively impact the training and discipleship of local healthcare providers. Ultimately, Agape will strive to teach others by example to share the Love of God in word and deed.

​To leverage mobile clinic outreach and improve chronic, non-communicable disease outcomes by strengthening community health education and implementing novel technologies that address research-based needs and increase healthcare access in underserved populations.

The Kensington Charities include: The Kensington Foundation which funds community health and social service projects fostering safe and healthy communities and promoting individual independence and well being; The Kensington Health Centre/Kensington Gardens, a 350-bed long-term care facility and provides related community services for people of all ages; The Kensington Eye Institute an 'Academic Centre of Excellence' in ambulatory cataract surgery as well as a teaching facility for medical residents in ophthalmology; The Kensington Research Institute, carrying out medical, surgical and health-related research into quality of life issues; The Kensington Screening Clinic, a state-of-the-art 'Centre of Excellence' for colonoscopy/gastroscopy screening; and the soon-to-be-opened Kensington Hospice, a 10-bed residential hospice which will optimize a terminally ill person’s quality of life and meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of both the individual and his/her family.

For 115 years, Carefor Health & Community Services, a registered charity, has been keeping families together longer at home by providing home health care and community support services. From nursing to personal care, assisted living options and respite services to support caregivers and families with loved ones living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, Carefor services continue to meet the needs of the local communities we serve. In Ottawa, Renfrew County and the Eastern Counties, our services are available in the comfort of our clients’ home, retirement facility, or in group homes.

Mountain Vista Health Park is a nonprofit senior-care organization that provides multiple levels of care — including skilled nursing, assisted living, and short‑term transitional rehabilitation — with the aim of supporting seniors’ recovery and independence and serving Davidson County and surrounding communities.
