We are part of St. Peter's Health Partners, and are privileged to work with every hospital in the region to provide hospice services. We serve more than 4,300 seriously ill patients and their families a year. The elderly, terminally ill and dying are among the most vulnerable people in our society. And we offer that help and comfort in eight counties in upstate New York: Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Columbia, Greene, Montgomery and Washington.
