Children's Health Foundation is the charitable fundraising resource for Children's Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre,Children's Health Research Institute and Thames Valley Children's Centre Children's Hospital at London Health Sciences Centre is the designated referral centre for specialized medical care for children in the region and the paediatric teaching hospital of the University of Western Ontario. Children's Health Research Institute, at Lawson Health Research Institute, is the research arm of Children's Hospital of Western Ontario. Thames Valley Children's Centre is a regional rehabilitation centre for children and young adults with physical disabilities, communication disorders.

Birdshot Uveitis Society of North America is a volunteer organization of persons diagnosed with Birdshot Uveitis. We provide information and support for patients and raise funds for research.

To advocate for and enhance our membership's ability to improve the quality of health, life and services for individuals, families and communities affected by sickle cell disease and related conditions, while promoting the search for a cure for all people in the world with sickle cell disease.

The Tourette Association is dedicated to making life better for all people affected by Tourette and Tic Disorders. Advocating for public policies and services that promote positive school,work and social environments. Providing help, hope and a supportive community across the nation. A Family Health Team is a group of health care providers who work together to help keep you and your family healthy and coordinate the best possible care for your health needs. A team approach offers you better access to appropriate health care in your own community. In addition to family doctors, the team is developing to include registered nurses, nurse practitioners, dieticians, mental health workers, social workers and other health care providers. The team works together with you to offer health education and promotion, illness prevention, disease diagnosis as well as management and rehabilitation.

HIM engages gay men, our communities, health professionals and researchers to strengthen the physical, sexual, social, and mental health and well-being of gay men. In addition to providing STI and HIV testing, by appointment or on a walk-in basis, HIM's health centres also offer professional and peer support services, sexual health education. We also provide personal strategic advising that helps clients identify an action plan, and follow-up support to help its achievement. Other programs include summer boot camps, yoga classes, and facilitator-led, walk-in social support groups.
