VHA Health and Home Support was founded in Ottawa in 1955. We are the largest not-for profit agency providing home support services in the city of Ottawa. VHA understands that home is where you want to be. We provide personal care services, and light housekeeping to help maintain the ill, frail or disabled individuals in the comfort of their own home. It is our pleasure to assist you with your health care needs. Whether you require help with an ailing loved one, an aging parent, or are welcoming a new member into your family, we are ready and willing to help.

MID-WESTERN IS LICENSED BY THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF JOB & FAMILY SERVICES AS A GROUP HOME PROGRAM AND AS A PRIVATE NON-CUSTODIAL AGENCY. STAFF OF MID-WESTERN ARE QUALIFIED, MOTIVATED, CONSCIENTIOUS INDIVIDUALS DEDICATED TO QUALITY CHILD CARE AND FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES.

Memory Care Home Solutions (MCHS) exists to extend and improve quality time at home for families supporting and caring for loved ones with memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease, with a vision that all who need services would have access. Our goals are to reduce family care partner stress, provide tools that increase confidence to handle difficult situations, improve quality time at home, and help prepare for the future.

Pathway Home provides quality care to the dying, meeting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs in a supportive home environment, while respecting their individuality and maintaining their dignity in their final days. Admission is based solely on need with our regard to their age, gender, race, or spiritual beliefs

Since 1982, The Ottawa Rotary Home has provided short-term, out-of-home, relief to families who have a child or children with physical disabilities or complex medical needs. Any child with a neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disability, which impedes mobility, or having a complex medical need that requires 24-hour nursing care, is eligible for admission to the Home's programs. We also offer a variety of respite programs fro young adults living with physical disabilities.
