People In Motion, formed in 1987, strives to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities in order that they may participate and contribute to their greatest potential in their community. This is accomplished through programs administered in the areas of employment,transportation, sport, recreation and adapted equipment.
Our goal as an organization, and through the Ride For Dad, is to spread awareness and fund research for prostate cancer, so that men can continue to be there for their families and friends for years to come. To date we have donated over 9 million dollars towards prostate cancer research and awareness!

We partner with public schools to provide nutrition and fitness education, healthy scratch-cooked meals and active recess periods.
