OneFoundation for Niagara Health System is a non-profit organization that raises funds in support of the Niagara Health System hospital sites across the region. OneFoundation was formed in 2014 after the following Foundations joined together to better serve the needs of our community: Douglas Memorial Hospital Foundation; Greater Niagara General Hospital Foundation; Niagara Health System Foundat...ion; Port Colborne Hospital Foundation; St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation; and the Welland Hospital Foundation. Under this unified banner, we will continue working to make Niagara’s hospital services the best they can be. As one cohesive team with one voice, we will build on our current strengths and find even more creative ways to channel our efforts for the greater good of local healthcare.

The Squamish Community Foundation is an independent, charitable organization dedicated to enriching the quality of life for the community members of Squamish. The foundation was created in 2003 to meet the needs of our growing community through the establishment of a locally-based long term institution. We manage funds given to us by donors in our community and distribute the income from those endowed funds to local registered charities for community projects. Squamish Community Foundation belongs to the Community Foundations of Canada, a group of 165 community foundations across Canada. The Squamish Community Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors which is made up of community leaders who are Squamish residents and whose carried backgrounds are intended to be representative of Squamish’s diversity.

A foundation dedicated to the on going support and future development of Maxville Manor. The Foundation was established in the year 2000 to increase public awareness and gain financial support for future development and special project of the Manor. The Foundation's goal is to raise money to fund new initiatives, which contribute to improving the quality of seniors' care.

Alberta Diabetes Foundation (formerly AFDR (Alberta Foundation for Diabetes Research) was organized by a group of volunteers, some of whom were parents of Diabetics or in other ways affected by Diabetes. The Alberta Foundation for Diabetes Research was incorporated under the Societies Act on Nov. 4, 1988. Alberta Diabetes Foundation's purpose is to raise funds to support world-leading diabetes research projects. Besides funding diabetes research, Alberta Diabetes Foundation works with the researchers to provide our supporters with up-to-date information about what's happening on the research front. We also strive to create opportunities for interaction with other diabetics. Alberta Diabetes Foundation hosts many promotional events and can organize lab tours of current projects.

The Alabama Kidney Foundation serves kidney patients by providing financial assistance, education and support services. The Foundation provides public education to promote organ donation awareness and prevention of kidney disease.

Founded in 1965, the Canadian Orthopaedic Foundation is a mid-sized registered Canadian charity powered by a professional staff and network of over 300 volunteers. The Foundation is Canada’s only charitable organization dedicated solely to helping people maintain and restore their bone and joint – or orthopaedic – health. The Foundation is dedicated to raising funds through public donations and allocating those funds to initiatives that will contribute to achieving its Mission.

The mission of the Lung Transplant Foundation is to improve the lives of lung transplant patients and families.

GoodLife Kids Foundation is a Canadian private foundation with a vision for every Canadian kid to have the opportunity to live a fit and healthy good life. To date GoodLife Kids Foundation has granted over half a million dollars to organizations providing opportunities for kids to add physical activity to their daily lives. To date over 160,000 children have been introduced to a new path of healthy and active living.

The Oakville Hospital Foundation raises funds for the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital of Halton Healthcare Services. The Foundation strives to ensure Oakville residents have access to the highest quality healthcare services, which government funding alone can not provide. With community support, the Foundation works to ensure essential healthcare services and resources are available today for patients, community and staff and will be there tomorrow to meet the community’s growing needs.

The Mental Health Foundation is an non-profit organization dedicated to helping those afflicted by mental health issues and addiction find the care and supports they need. While raising funds for community projects the Mental Health Foundation advocates for a better understanding of mental health and addiction issues and provides a directory of mental health services for those in need. The Mental Health Foundation is an Alberta-based organization servicing the Edmonton and surrounding area.

The Huronia Communities Foundation is a locally run public foundation that aims to strengthen philanthropy. It builds and prudently manages permanent, income earning Endowment Funds from charitable donations. Annual earnings from these Endowment Funds are given in the form of Grants to charitable programs in support of our community. The Huronia Communities Foundation does not compete with other charities, but exists to support other local efforts by providing donors with an opportunity to make their financial support perpetual. The Huronia Communities Foundation serves the community made up of the Towns of Midland and Penetanguishene, the Townships of Tay, Tiny and Georgian Bay and Elmvale, Coldwater and Christian Island.

The Yarmouth Hospital Foundation is a registered charitable organization providing funding to enhance patient care at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Since its establishment in 1970, and through the generosity of the community, the Foundation has helped to fund a major building expansion and has invested more than $17 million in equipment and facilities at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. On average the Foundation purchases more than $300,000 in patient-related equipment for the hospital each year. The Yarmouth Hospital Foundation is governed by a voluntary board of directors with representatives from the local community and the hospital. Funds are raised through major gift solicitation, community mail appeals, special events, memorial gifts and other fundraising activities.
