The Alzheimer Society of B.C. is a non-profit provincial organization dedicated to helping people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, to supporting caregivers, to promoting public awareness, and to funding research into finding the cause and the cure. We help people: By funding medical research to find the cause of this disease, and then the cure; Through our support groups for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's and related dementias, and our support groups for caregivers/family members; By providing information and materials about the disease to families, and the general public; By offering additional resources through our lending libraries; By holding public education programs such as information forums, research updates, and advocacy workshops; By creating public awareness and understanding of the disease, and the existence of the Society; and through our Web site located at http://www.alzheimerbc.org. Established in 1979, Community Hospice & Palliative Care is an innovative national leader in palliative and hospice care, as well as providing programs and services to meet the diverse needs of the communities it serves. During its 38-year history, Community Hospice and; Palliative Care has served nearly 200,000 adults and children in Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau and St. Johns counties, and recently expanded its service area to include 11 counties in north-central Florida. Through the support of more than 950 employees and 1,000 volunteers, the organization helps approximately 1,500 patients per day to live better with advanced illness – at home, in long-term care and assisted living facilities, in hospitals and at its eight inpatient care centers. The organization is committed to improving the quality of life for patients and their families and to be the compassionate guide for end-of-life care in our communities. Enpowering patients to manage kidney disease.

Hospice Of Palm Beach County (now operating under the Trustbridge brand) provides hospice and palliative care services to patients and families in Palm Beach (and neighboring Broward) counties. Its programs include inpatient care centers, palliative medicine, bereavement and family support, and veteran-focused services; it aims to deliver compassionate, multidisciplinary end‑of‑life and symptom-relief care regardless of a family’s ability to pay.

The Alzheimer Society Of Saskatchewan is dedicated to helping those affected by Alzheimer's disease through awareness, advocacy, education and support services. Our programs include groups for individuals with early memory loss, information and support groups for caregivers, a lending library, information and referral services, Safely Home - the Alzheimer Wandering Registry and education services for families, professionals, children and the general public. We also support Alzheimer research through participation in the Alzheimer Society of Canada National Research Program and by supporting research initiatives in our home province of Saskatchewan. The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Founded in 1940, the NFB is the transformative membership and advocacy organization of blind Americans with affiliates, chapters, and divisions in the fifty states, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico. Our mission at Faith, Hope, and Love is to mirror the love of Christ to underprivileged children in the Charlotte area through mentoring focused on spiritual and academic growth. Our goal is for children struggling behaviorally and academically to perform at or above grade level within one year of their entry to Faith, Hope & Love. We have a remarkable 100% success rate. More importantly, we have helped countless children grow deeper in their relationships with Christ, enabling them to weather the storms of their life and equipping them to become future leaders.
