The Grace Hospital is a community hospital that has been supporting the health care needs of Manitobans for over 100 years. The Grace is a 251–bed facility that offers a full spectrum of health care services. These services include Emergency, Intensive Care, Surgery, Occupational Therapy, Internal Medicine, Mental Health Care, Physiotherapy, Respiratory Therapy, Social Work Services, Diagnostic Imaging and more. At Grace Hospital, we see the person first and understand that each person’s health care needs are unique and special. We provide all care with hope, healing and compassion.

We concentrate our efforts in lung health in the following areas: asthma, smoking-related diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), air quality, and more. Providing accurate, timely and quality information and education programs to a range of audiences, including people who suffer from lung disease and their families, youth, health care providers and the general public and government. Providing for and using ongoing research to support our work and our activities. Supporting medical research studies into lung disease. Raising funds from all legitimate sources. Abiding by all regulatory rules relating to charitable organizations. Ensuring the prudent management of all funds entrusted to us.

Donating to the CNF contributes directly towards leading-edge research conducted by nurses and towards the provision of scholarships for nurses studying to increase their knowledge and improve their expertise.

The most significant threats to HIV+ persons are insufficient food, financial assistance and shelter. With HIV/AIDS increasingly becoming an issue of poverty, housing and shelter needs are exploding. Fife House provides supportive housing and support services for over 490 people living with HIV/AIDS in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Services include physical and personal care, life skills training and counselling. These essential programs are operated through our three residences – Denison, Jarvis and Sherbourne – and our largest initiative, the Homeless Outreach Program. Fife House currently provides 80% of the available supportive housing for people living with HIV/AIDS in the GTA.

The liver is a resilient, maintenance-free organ that's easy to ignore - until something goes wrong. Because of its wide-ranging responsibilities, the liver often comes under attack by viruses, toxic substances (including alcohol), contaminants and disease. Even when it is under siege however, the liver is very slow to complain. Often, people with liver problems will be completely unaware because they may have few, if any, symptoms. The liver is such a stalwart organ that it will continue working even when two thirds of it has been damaged by scarring (cirrhosis). While there have been major advances in treating liver diseases, there are no cures. That's why it's important to take steps to prevent liver disease, such as making healthy lifestyle choices and getting immunized against viruses that can cause liver disease.

End Well is dedicated to the belief that all people should experience the end of life in a way that matches their values and goals. When faced with issues of mortality, we often suffer needlessly for a variety of reasons, from cultural and clinical to matters of access. End Well brings together a multidisciplinary community that unites design, technology, health, policy and activist initiative to transform how the world thinks about caregiving, grief, illness and the end of life experience with the ultimate goal of creating a future where ending well becomes a measure of living well.

Our mission is to prevent any harm, stillbirth or infant death caused by alloimmunization/HDFN. We are dedicated to providing patient advocacy, support, and education while promoting research and improving healthcare practices for the condition.

To advocate for and fund research directed towards a cure or treatment options for patients with Sanfilippo syndrome.
