The Total Health Lifestyle Center is a life-changing health retreat center where guests are treated with education in the area of health and wellness comprised of a healthy balance of physical, mental and spiritual components for each persons life. Whether you are wanting to prevent, or actually dealing with a disease such as diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, high blood pressure, weight management or a range of other health issues, our lifestyle center is a place you can "call home" while you rest, rejuvenate and heal in a caring, peaceful and accepting environment.
