Since it was established in 1982, the Foundation has raised more than $30 million in support of Cambridge Memorial Hospital. The Foundation plays an increasingly important role in funding new and replacement medical equipment , enhanced Hospital facilities and the continuing education of healthcare professionals.

Trillium Health Partners Foundation was created following the amalgamation of The Trillium Health Centre Foundation and The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation in July, 2013. Together, as one foundation, we are raising the critical funds needed for pan-hospital and site specific initiatives. Whether we focus our support at one site, on one project, on research or on one piece of equipment, the combined impact affects the entire hospital system and the community that it serves. Comprised of Credit Valley Hospital, the Mississauga Hospital and the Queensway Health Centre, Trillium Health Partners serves the growing and diverse populations of Mississauga, West Toronto and surrounding communities.

The Stanton Territorial Hospital Foundation recognizes the need to respond to the current economic challenges facing the healthcare industry. The Foundation is committed to securing fiscal resources to assist the Stanton Territorial Health Authority in meeting the demands and needs identified by the residents of the Northwest Territories and the Kitikmeot region of Nunavut.

Headwaters Health Care Foundation is the fundraising organization for Headwaters Health Care Centre. Through your gifts, the Foundation supports the Health Centre’s commitment to improving the quality of life for our community by offering access locally to health care services in a caring, welcoming and professional way.

Use the Foundation as a vehicle for targeted non profit programs to help uplift the underprivileged, especially in Africa. 

West River Hospice Foundation makes a difference in the quality of life for all of their terminally-ill patients and their families.

The Sault Area Hospital Foundation completed the public phase of the NEW Sault Area Hospital Campaign on March 31st, 2007. Since that time, the Foundation has been hard at work on its Annual Giving Campaign, raising money to purchase medical equipment that our hospital needs now.

The South Muskoka Hospital Foundation is the fundraising organization for Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (South Muskoka Memorial Hospital Site). Through your gifts, the Foundation supports the hospital's commitment to improve the quality of life for our community by offering access to health care services in a caring, welcoming and professional manner

The Guthy-Jackson Charitable Foundation is dedicated to funding research in the quest to understand the pathophysiology and biochemistry of Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO) Spectrum Disorder. Our Foundation is passionate in its support of programs and opportunities aimed at elevating the clinical paradigm for NMO patients and improving options for treatment, prevention, and an eventual cure for this disease.

The Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation was incorporated in 1994 as a not-for-profit charitable organization. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board of directors that represent the people of Walkerton and surrounding communities. The sole purpose of the Foundation is to raise funds for the benefit of our local hospital. We are here for you today and will continue to be here tomorrow. We will work our hardest to ensure that you, your family, and the entire community has the best possible health care facilities and services. We strive to provide great healthcare for all our patients close to home.

BC Children's Hospital Foundation raises money to support excellence and innovation in care, treatment and research and BC Children's Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre for Children and the Child & Family Research Institute. The Foundation's activities include major gift fundraising, planned giving and a wide variety of annual programs. As steward of philanthropic donations to Children's Hospital, Sunny Hill Health Centre and the Child & Family Research Institute, the Foundation issues charitable receipts and ensures donations are allocated to the areas to which donors have designated their support. The Foundation is currently engaged in the $200-million Campaign for BC Children to build a new children's hospital and ensure all BC children have access to a consistent standard of pediatric care.

Since 2001 the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation (EOCF) has worked to change lives in Oil Country through their support of a host of deserving organizations. The Foundation gives back in excess of $1 million annually to registered charities throughout Central and Northern Alberta who focus their activities on youth, education and health & wellness.
