The Squamish Hospice Society is a non-profit community service designed to support end of life care for patients and their families. Care for those in need is provided on a voluntary basis at absolutely no cost to individuals or their families.

The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital raises funds to support Guelph General Hospital. When the doors to Guelph General Hospital were opened on August 16, 1875, the hospital had 12 beds, a small infectious room and a dispensary. A superintendent and two nurses provided care, as well as working in the kitchen, housekeeping, switchboard and laundry. Today, GGH is a dynamic, comprehensive acute care facility providing a full range of services to the residents of Guelph and Wellington County. Services include 24-hour emergency coverage, advanced technology and diagnostic support, and specialty programs such as orthopaedics, cardiac care, obstetrics, gynaecology and paediatrics. In its capacity as a community and referral hospital, GGH serves a population of 180,000 people throughout Guelph and Wellington County.

The Farmlands Trust Society was established in March 2008 to enhance the farming capability of Mt. Newton Valley, rehabilitate the stream ecology of Hagan Creek and create a community trail system. In the summer of 2009, the members began expanding the geographic, and social scope of the organization to cover all the peoples and lands of Greater Victoria. As a professional organization, the members declared the next phase of its mandate would emphasize collaboration, farmland management and outreach to meet the community's requirements among the socially disadvantaged/marginalized individuals in our society. Charitable Status was granted in June 2011 by Canada Revenue Agency.

Today Family Violence Help Centre offers a safe, confidential and comforting place for those affected by family violence. Family violence is not only physical abuse but includes all types of abuse. Today Centre uses a collaborative approach to assist clients to access resources and supports and to reduce barriers.

We are located in Richmond Hill, Ontario and are currently fundraising so that we can partner with the government to create an affordable housing complex.

The work of our Foundation is carried out by volunteers in order to keep our administrative costs at a minimum,and to ensure that funds are directed to the beneficiaries of our projects. We also encourage our beneficiaries to share the gifts and participate in the projects administered by our Foundation.

Pathway Home provides quality care to the dying, meeting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs in a supportive home environment, while respecting their individuality and maintaining their dignity in their final days. Admission is based solely on need with our regard to their age, gender, race, or spiritual beliefs

Since 1946, the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind has trained and placed guide and service dogs to provide independence, enhanced mobility, and companionship to people who are blind, have low vision, or who have other special needs. The Guide Dog Foundation serves clients from across the United States and Canada. People come to us for our trademark small classes and personalized instruction, and we have successfully worked with individuals who are deaf-blind and those with disabilities other than blindness or hearing impairment. In addition to our guide and service dog programs, the Foundation offers extensive education and outreach programs to broaden the public's understanding of vision and visual impairment, and access and disability rights.

The Calgary Food Bank is a food distribution hub. We provide quality emergency food directly to Calgarians to meet their individual needs (prenatal, homeless, households with children, etc). We also collect food donations for distribution to other charities (including the Mustard Seed, the Community Kitchen Program of Calgary, the Salvation Army and women’s shelters).
