The mission of the National Kidney Foundation of Hawaii, a major voluntary health organization, is to prevent kidney and urinary tract diseases, to improve the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases, and to increase the availability of all organs and tissue for transplantation in HawaiiKidney Foundation was founded to eradicate diseases of the kidney and urinary tract. More people die each year from kidney and urinary diseases than in automobile accidents.

National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (NKFW) is dedicated to preventing kidney diseases, improving the health and well-being of those affected by kidney disease, and increasing the availability for all organs for transplantation. In partnership with NKFW, you support all people impacted by kidney disease or organ transplantation. By empowering patients, inspiring action, and raising awareness of kidney disease and organ transplantation, you make a positive impact in the community around you. In fact, you save lives by increasing public access to information, education, and early intervention, and by providing opportunities for volunteers to share their expertise and compassion with communities across Wisconsin.

The National Fragile X Foundation serves all those living with Fragile X, focusing on Advocacy, Education, Research, and Treatment with Community at the heart of everything we do. Our Mission is to serve the entire Fragile X community to live their best lives by providing the knowledge, resources, and tools until, and even after, more effective treatments and a cure are achieved. The focus of our organization is to network with Canadian consumer/survivors and family and friends of consumer/survivors to provide opportunities for resource sharing, information distribution and education on mental health issues.
