The Right to Quiet Society for Soundscape Awareness and Protection was founded in 1982 in Vancouver. The Canadian section of Handicap International was founded in 2003. The goal is to share and maximize the organization's valuable experience, while providing additional technical, human, administrative and financial resources available locally that are essential to the fulfillment of our programs in the field.
