Congenital Hyperinsulinism International (CHI) is dedicated to improving the lives of babies, children, and adults affected by congenital hyperinsulinism. CHI provides education, information and support to families of diagnosed children and adults living with the condition. CHI works to promote knowledge and awareness of the disorder as it leads to timely diagnosis and decreases death and brain damage, better care and better neurological outcomes. CHI supports research and development for a better understanding of the condition, leading to a better quality of life, better treatments and management of the condition, and ultimately, a cure.

To build a global community of people with dementia that collaborates inclusively to:Provide support and encouragement to people with dementia to live beyond the diagnosis of dementia.Model living beyond the diagnosis to other people with dementia and the wider community, and living with purpose with dementia looks like.Advocate for people with dementia, and build the capacity of people with dementia to advocate for themselves and others living with the disease.Reduce the stigma, isolation and discrimination of dementia, and enforce the human rights of people with dementia around the world.

The foundation builds a global community to support families and individuals affected by FOXP1 syndrome, provides resources and education, and funds and promotes research to better understand the condition and advance potential treatments.

Orbis is a leading global non-governmental organization that has worked to transform lives through the prevention and treatment of blindness for over 35 years. With our network of partners, we mentor, train and inspire local teams so they can save sight in their communities. Alongside those partners, Orbis provides hands-on ophthalmology training, strengthens healthcare infrastructure and advocates for the prioritization of eye health on public health agendas. Orbis operates the world's only Flying Eye Hospital, a fully accredited ophthalmic teaching hospital on board an MD-10 aircraft.

The core activities of the Foundation include supporting education, research, and missionary medical aid to those who need health care within the United States and abroad.
