Nearly 70,000 people worldwide with CF are waiting with bated breath for life-saving breakthroughs. We're mobilizing friends, families, businesses and communities to join Emily's Entourage on our quest for new treatments and a cure.

The mission of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) is to provide support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias nationwide, and fund research for better treatment and a cure.

Race to Erase MS is dedicated to the treatment and ultimate cure of Multiple Sclerosis. Funding research is the core focus of the Foundation and all funds raised support our Center Without Walls program, a selected network of the nation's top MS research centers. The Military Police Fund for Blind Children was founded in 1957 and specializes in assisting visually impaired Canadian children up to the age of 21. The fund is operated entirely by Canadian Military Police volunteers.
