The West African Health Foundation (WAHF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization formed by a group of physicians concerned with the poor health and nutritional status of the people, particularly children and women, of the West African sub-region.

The mission of the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF) is to cultivate a healthy & stigma-free society through transformative action. In 1997, three AIDS service organizations in Tucson (Tucson AIDS Project, PACT for Life, and Shanti Foundation) merged to form SAAF. In 2014, SAAF took over several initiatives from Wingspan, formerly Southern Arizona's LGBTQ community center. In 2015, SAAF celebrated 30 years of providing services and continues to be the only community-based organization in southern Arizona providing case management and ancillary support services for people living with HIV/AIDS and their families; culturally appropriate prevention and education programs to reduce the rate of infection; & LGBTQ community outreach & engagement.

The foundation invests in the potential of 2SLGBTQ+ communities — especially LGBTQ women, girls, and other historically excluded groups — by providing rapid-response community grants, scholarships (e.g., for queer youth camps), and programs to improve health, economic justice, and representation. Its work includes building an LGBTQ+ Healthcare Directory and supporting grassroots organizations across the U.S. and Canada.

To improve the quality of life for survivors of traumatic brain injury and for their families.Alabama Head Injury Foundation (AHIF) works directly with the survivors and their caregivers to ease their transition from a hospital or rehab facility into a living environment that promotes safety, recovery and the highest level of independent living possible. AHIF continues working with survivors and their caregiver through ongoing services that include support groups, camp and respite care. AHIF services are offered in all 67 counties of Alabama.

The Lion Heart Heroes Foundation seeks to promote heart health for our military community. Objectives: Raise awareness of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) and advocate for heart health in the military community. Promote the presence and use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDS) on military posts and at physical fitness events. Support research and partner with the Navy to develop cardiac screening protocols to help identify cardiac abnormalities within our military community. Demonstrate heart screening protocols using the latest scientific techniques.

Foundation for Blind Children, founded in 1952, has become a national model for agencies serving the blind. The Mission of FBC is to create opportunity for anyone with vision loss to achieve. We provide a comprehensive system of services which optimizes the blind or visually impaired child's development and which provides many opportunities to lead a meaningful and productive life - starting with infancy, through preschool, elementary and secondary education throughout college and adulthood. Our goal is to help these individuals achieve success in life, school and career.

The National Fragile X Foundation serves all those living with Fragile X, focusing on Advocacy, Education, Research, and Treatment with Community at the heart of everything we do. Our Mission is to serve the entire Fragile X community to live their best lives by providing the knowledge, resources, and tools until, and even after, more effective treatments and a cure are achieved. Our Vision is a world where every family is empowered to successfully navigate the Fragile X journey.​ Our Priorities are to achieve our mission and vision with the support and focus on our Community through four strategic priority areas: Advocacy, Education, Research, and Treatment.

DAWG Nation Hockey Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity which believes in the power of ice hockey to benefit both able-bodied and disabled amateur ice hockey players, and their families dealing with crisis. We strive to give everyone opportunity to gain independence and confidence they need to perform in the face of adversity, on or off the ice. With the fantastic support of the ice hockey community we host and sponsor participation for athletes in a variety of national and international amateur ice hockey events, and we also provide aid and support to deserving candidates, in times of need. "Helping One Heart At a Time" Boston Cardiac Foundation (BCF) is a non-profit organization that brings medical technologies and services to less developed countries around the world. It is our mission to provide advanced medical technologies and cardiac care to indigent patients around the world. In addition we aim to carry on educational and ancillary activities related to cardiac care for the indigent. The BCF team is made up of physicians, nurses and technologists and performs cardiac procedures such as pacemaker implantation free of charge for patients who otherwise would not be able to afford it. Many of these individuals would not survive without these life saving operations. Team members have been traveling around the globe on charitable missions for over 22 years. It is our mission to provide quality healthcare, to those in need, free of charge and better their lives forever.

Grains of Good Foundation is a 501(c)(3) based in California, USA. Grains of Good was created with the goal of helping a vulnerable group of children: special-needs children with neurodevelopmental disorders from low-income families or orphanages in Russia and former Soviet republics. The funds mostly go towards palliative care, rehabilitation programs, and adaptive technology products and equipment. There are children with neurological disorders in every country of the world. All they need to flourish and to have a normal childhood is a bit of extra support - medical, educational, moral, financial. In Russia and the former Soviet republics, such kids often lack such support. They live in a society that is largely unable or unwilling to accept - let alone help - them, in a system that does not have the resources to support them. Some extra services or treatments might be available, but the parents don't have the money to pay for them - they can't earn it while their children are at home, with no childcare centers or schools available for them.
