We exist to eliminate health disparities and other barriers that impact Black Women and Girls. We empower Black women and girls to live healthy, well, and thriving lives.

Since 1946, the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind has trained and placed guide and service dogs to provide independence, enhanced mobility, and companionship to people who are blind, have low vision, or who have other special needs. The Guide Dog Foundation serves clients from across the United States and Canada. People come to us for our trademark small classes and personalized instruction, and we have successfully worked with individuals who are deaf-blind and those with disabilities other than blindness or hearing impairment. In addition to our guide and service dog programs, the Foundation offers extensive education and outreach programs to broaden the public's understanding of vision and visual impairment, and access and disability rights.

The mission of the Caring for Children Foundation of Texas' Care Van Program is to immunize uninsured and medically underserved children, and provide targeted preventative health services to help families throughout Texas.

The Lions Eye Foundation of California-Nevada, Inc. (LEF) preserves and restores the gift of sight by providing free ophthalmic examinations, operations, and medication to the less fortunate members of our community.

The mission of the Noah's Hope – Hope4Bridget Foundation is to raise funds in support of scientific research, and inform the community about Batten Disease. Batten Disease is a rare, fatal autosomal recessive neurodegenerative disorder that begins in childhood.

Vulvar cancer reported cases is rising. The American Cancer Society estimates that in year 2021: 6120 new cases of vulvar cancer will result in 1,550 deaths. Each day, in the United States alone, this equates to: 17 new diagnoses, and 4 deaths, per day. It is estimated, in the United States alone = 1 in 333 women will succumb to VULVAR CANCER in their lifetime!The Suzanne Lee Prince Foundation MISSION:- to empower all women to be PROACTIVE with their health care through education about this undiscussed and forgotten cancer. The Suzanne Lee Prince Foundation is a 100% volunteer unsalaried board member organization. 100% of all funds generated are spent on operation costs like printing, mailing, phone fees, website maintenance.

The mission of the Texas School for the Deaf Foundation is to strengthen and sustain language development, academic achievement, and career pathways for the deaf children of Texas.

It is the mission of The Brain Injury Foundation of St. Louis to provide innovative, community-based solutions to meet the specific social and vocational needs of individuals with brain injuries.

The Global Foundation for Children with Hearing Loss is committed to helping young children who are deaf or hard of hearing living in developing countries access the early identification, hearing technology, and locally-based professional expertise they need to learn to listen and talk and reach their full potential.

We are an all volunteer organization dedicated to the promotion of health in Sonoma county through education, community service programs, fundraising and advocacy.
