Amber Reineck House is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to acquiring affordable properties to be used by non-profit organizations as housing and treatment services for persons seeking long-term recovery. Our vision is to reduce stigma associated with addiction by building a recovery-friendly community, providing education, and increasing acceptance and support.

To assist our community by improving access to health and wellness, resources, and education. MCHF's goal is to build healthier communities through research and education. We will do this by assisting providers to improve the quality of care through evidenced-based process outcomes and add value to the community by providing for the individual. We seek to improve health outcomes, engagement and participation of care givers and the individual. We aim to provide tools, support and resources to empower patients to take a leadership role in their health by assisting in establishing care teams that demonstrate proactive rather than reactive patient care and improve workflow. We strive to build a cohesive system of a variety of services through programming to aid in navigating all the possibilities of an individual's health.

The Pediatric Interim Care Center (PICC) provides immediate, short-term medical care between hospital and home for medically fragile infants suffering from prenatal drug exposure at a savings to the taxpayers of Washington State. PICC also provides educational and support services to the community in the recognition and management of substance abused infants.

To provide access to medical care, mental health services, and health and nutrition education services, regardless of the ability to pay. Their comprehensive approach helps students, parents, and the community combat the wide range of physical, psychosocial and environmental needs that arise from difficult daily living conditions in Haiti.

Amani Complex International is a U.S.-registered Christian nonprofit that supports at‑risk children and their families in Kenya by providing holistic, Bible‑centered education (Amani School), mental‑health support, anti‑trafficking advocacy, and small‑enterprise support. Their stated work centers on dignity, agency, voice, and justice for vulnerable children and communities.

Founded in 2009, The Grassroot Project (TGP) uses the power of sports and the platform of athlete role models to educate, inspire, and mobilize youth to live healthy lives. We are a team of more than 1,000 NCAA varsity athletes and 5,000 DC teens who are committed to making our city healthier. The Grassroot Project capitalizes on the excitement, relatability, and popularity of sports to provide much-needed health literacy and social empowerment programs to DC teens. The only way for us to succeed is to believe in the power of youth to make a difference. In addition to providing health education to DC teens, we invest in the leadership training, cultural competency, and professional skills of hundreds of NCAA varsity athletes who serve as our program facilitators. Also known as Athletes United For Social Justice.

To collect unused medical supplies from local medical facilities and distribute them to countries in need, effectively limiting the negative impact on our environment and supporting health care efforts in developing countries; to send local medical personnel on medical missions to developing countries; to educate our local community about global health issues.

The Gavin Foundation is a multi-service nonprofit agency providing community-based substance abuse education, prevention and treatment programs. Their mission is the Restoration of Dignity for individuals, and their families, through each stage of the recovery process. They serve more than 5,000 individuals in the Greater Boston area each year through their adult, youth and community programs.

Going Beyond the Pink works to empower people affected by breast cancer by providing practical education, patient navigation, local support services (care bags, wigs/prosthetics), workshops, and targeted financial assistance. The organization focuses on helping patients in southeastern North Carolina move through diagnosis, treatment, and into survivorship with information and community-based resources.

Utah Nonprofit Housing Corporation (UNPHC), founded in 1967, is a Utah non-profit developer of multi-family affordable housing. Staffed by volunteers until 1993, there are now almost 50 employees. UNPHC has 40 properties providing more than 1,800 units to over 2,000 individuals. In addition, UNPHC provides the property management to several of these projects, as well as technical assistance to other non profit organizations and communities wanting to develop their own affordable housing. Those we serve are low and very low income, making less than 50% of the area median income. The majority of properties serve seniors 62 and older, but UNPHC also serves special needs populations such as physically disabled, families, chronically mentally ill, homeless, families and individuals in transition from homelessness, and HIV/AIDS persons. We own 20 single-family rent-to-own homes, and a 24-unit town home project for first-time home buyers. The most basic human needs are shelter and food. If those needs are not met, individuals are excluded from other significant human interactions: employment, parenting, and social contributions. UNPHC is committed to the belief that the long-term solution to homelessness is safe, decent, and affordable housing.

"We hope to provide a safe, clean and accessible facility, in which recovering individuals and their families can attend twelve step meetings. Our club is a social gathering place 365 days a year, offering non-alcohol events, educational programs and open meetings. An atmosphere of sobriety, serenity, spiritual growth and responsibility is what we are striving to attain."
