Aniz, Inc. delivers community-centered health and support services with an emphasis on holistic harm‑reduction. They provide mental‑health and substance‑use counseling, HIV/STI testing and prevention (including PrEP), housing assistance, and outreach designed to reduce disparities and support recovery.

NMAC leads with race to urgently fight for health equity and racial justice to end the HIV epidemic in America. NMAC represents over 3,000 community- and faith-based organizations nationwide. Identity works with Latino and other historically underserved youth and their families across Montgomery County to build social-emotional, academic, workforce and life skills, provide mental-health and case-management supports, and connect young people to education and employment opportunities.
