Caring Communities for AIDS is a non-profit community-based organization serving Northeast and North Central Pennsylvania that provides a system of comprehensive services to prevent, test and treat HIV/HCV/STD and other public health disparities while creating educated, stigma-free communities.

The mission of AIDS Action Committee is to stop the AIDS epidemic and related health inequities by eliminating new infections, maximizing healthier outcomes of those infected and at risk, and attacking the root causes of HIV/AIDS. To achieve this mission AAC provides services to the individual and addresses the root causes of the epidemic

Touching Tiny Lives Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to ensuring the health and reclaiming the dignity of children impacted by the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Lesotho. Through the provision of clinical care and subsistence support, through the implementation of HIV prevention programs, and through the promotion of global social responsibility, we will enhance healing and hope for the children and communities of Lesotho.

Shanti Project exists to enhance the health, quality of life and well-being of people with terminal, life-threatening or disabling illnesses or conditions. Through a continuum of services, including in-home and onsite patient and care navigation, emotional and practical support and preserving the human-animal bond, Shanti strives to achieve the highest medical and quality of life outcomes for San Francisco’s most vulnerable.

NMAC leads with race to urgently fight for health equity and racial justice to end the HIV epidemic in America. NMAC represents over 3,000 community- and faith-based organizations nationwide. The agency advances its mission by providing minority and minority-serving faith and community-based organizations a variety of capacity building assistance programs, online and classroom-based trainings, printed and electronic resources, grassroots organization and political advocacy. These activities help these agencies deliver HIV/AIDS services more efficiently and effectively, ultimately helping to mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS in underserved and marginalized communities.

Helping Hands: Monkey Helpers was founded in 1979 to raise and train capuchin monkeys to provide daily in-home assistance to people living with spinal cord injuries or other mobility impairments. We are the only organization in the world that has trained capuchin monkeys to be service animals. Helping Hands learned that these little animals delivered more than just a willing set of nimble hands to their recipients. The monkeys provided companionship, joy, and the renewed sense of purpose that comes from taking responsibility for the health and well-being of another creature. Our mission is to provide: outstanding, ongoing support for our current recipients and their monkey helpers; a safe, healthy, fulfilling environment for post-service monkeys for the rest of their lives

Buddies of NJ, Inc. (NJB), 501(c)(3) is Bergen and Passaic County's Premier AIDS SERVICE ORGANIZATION. Your support makes OUR MISSION possible... to provide: Service, Education, Resources, and Care to People Living With and affected by HIV/AIDS. Buddies provides NJHS Licensed Substance Abuse Counseling & Treatment Services; Free Rapid HIV Testing & Counseling; PrEP Counseling; Case Management; Medical Case Management; Housing & Housing Assistance; Dental Services; Counseling Services; Young Men's Support Spot; Peer Support Groups; Medical Transportation; and a Food Bank. NJB is supported with federal grants from the Ryan White Care Act, HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for People With AIDS), and the New Jersey Department of Health. Additional funding is also provided through private foundations, fundraising efforts, and generous contributions from the community at large. ASD currently operates four Special Care Facilities licensed by the Texas Department of Health: The Ewing Center, Revlon Apartments, Hillcrest House, and Spencer Gardens. ASD serves an average of 175 men, women and children in 152 total bedrooms within 125 privately configured units. Seventy-six percent (76%) of the agency's resident population are racial or ethnic minorities, 24 percent were women. One hundred percent (100%) of the people served by ASD are significantly below the federal poverty line and are classified either as low- or very-low income. The agency has provided more than 326,000 person/nights of housing to more than 1,100 individuals and family members living with AIDS. Along with a home and a mutually supportive community environment, residents at each facility are provided with a range of services individually tailored to empower them to cope with the cyclical impact HIV/AIDS has on people who are living with a disease that often compromises their complete independence.

Brother, Help Thyself Inc. (BHT) is a community based organization that provides financial and other support to non-profit organizations serving the LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS communities in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. metro area. Brother, Help Thyself was founded in 1978 by four gay motorcycle clubs and is one of the first organizations in the United States to provide funding for LGBTQ health, cultural, and social services. The first fund drive by the capital area board of leather and Levi motorcycle clubs raised $4,518. BHT was formed to award that grant to the gay men’s vd clinic which was having financial difficulties at that time. During the past 38 years, we have raised and distributed over $3 million to more than 130 groups in our community. Brother Help Thyself raises funds throughout the year and then disburses direct and matching funds, partners with grantees on fundraisers and other events, acts as a clearinghouse for donated goods and services, and serves as an information resource to the LGBTQ community.

Harlem United’s mission is to provide full access to integrated health care and social services for clients experiencing multiple and complex issues (e.g., HIV/AIDS, social stigma related to sexuality and gender identity, mental illness, chronic substance and alcohol use, homelessness, and extreme poverty), regardless of race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or sexual orientation.

Young 1ove Foundation identifies, adapts and scales up health and education programs, by young people for young people. ​
