Founded in 2005, Hughes Foundation is a lifeline for people affected by HIV/AIDS in India and the USA.

The mission of the Life Foundation is to stop the spread of HIV and AIDS in Hawaii, to empower those affected by HIV/AIDS to maximize the quality of their lives, to provide leadership and advocacy and to apply lessons learned in the AIDS epidemic to other related areas of public health or concern.

Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) has the highest rate of HIV infection in the world. A generation of children is being left without parents; a generation of grandparents are being left to raise them without resources. Young Heroes initiatives have supported over 15,000 orphans and vulnerable children. We empower Eswatini's most vulnerable youth and their caretakers so they may achieve their fullest potential through: life-support grants; vocational training; healthcare: HIV education, prevention, and care programs; educational support; and gender and economic empowerment programs.

Our mission is to end HIV transmission and stigma through peer-to-peer empowerment, building community, and connecting members to care.

Rise (formerly Worldwide Orphans/WWO) runs trauma‑informed, play‑based early‑childhood and youth programs and partners with local organizations to deliver education, health, and psychosocial supports so vulnerable children and their caregivers can develop the skills and resilience to thrive.

UAF Legacy Health provides cross-culturally responsive healthcare for LGBTQ+ Utahns and people living with HIV.

Cutting-edge medicine and advocacy, regardless of ability to pay. It is through this mission we are striving to reach 30 countries and save over 100,000 lives. Some see it as an impossible goal. We see it as a necessary one. AHF pledges to fight this disease no matter whom it afflicts, or where it is found. We will not rest until AIDS is eradicated from the globe.

Providing aid for HIV, hunger and homeless youth programs in the SF Bay Area.

The mission of the Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation (SAAF) is to cultivate a healthy & stigma-free society through transformative action. In 1997, three AIDS service organizations in Tucson (Tucson AIDS Project, PACT for Life, and Shanti Foundation) merged to form SAAF. In 2014, SAAF took over several initiatives from Wingspan, formerly Southern Arizona's LGBTQ community center. In 2015, SAAF celebrated 30 years of providing services and continues to be the only community-based organization in southern Arizona providing case management and ancillary support services for people living with HIV/AIDS and their families; culturally appropriate prevention and education programs to reduce the rate of infection; & LGBTQ community outreach & engagement.

The Elton John AIDS Foundation (EJAF) works to achieve an AIDS-free generation through innovative HIV prevention programs, efforts to eliminate stigma and discrimination associated with HIV/AIDS, and direct treatment, care and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS across the United States, The Americas, The Caribbean and others.

Touching Tiny Lives Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to ensuring the health and reclaiming the dignity of children impacted by the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Lesotho. Through the provision of clinical care and subsistence support, through the implementation of HIV prevention programs, and through the promotion of global social responsibility, we will enhance healing and hope for the children and communities of Lesotho.
