Summit Medical Group, inc. d/b/a St. Elizabeth physicians, is a multi-specialty physician organization, dedicated to physician directed delivery of quality medical care in the northern Kentucky, southern Ohio, and southern Indiana areas. SEP provides quality health care to all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

To provide funds to or for the benefit of Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca, so as to promote the health and welfare of the community by soliciting, accepting, holding, investing and reinvesting gifts, grants, contributions, devices, benefits or trusts, endowments and property of any kind without limitations as to the amount or value.

The foundation exists to encourage, receive, manage, and steward charitable gifts and bequests that support Hendrick Medical Center and Hendrick Health’s programs and patients. It raises and manages funds to enhance patient care, support community health services, and provide financial assistance and program support across the Hendrick Health system.

Our mission at Cameron Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is caring for all patients. To this end, we organize people, equipment, and facilities in a manner that best responds to their needs and to the needs of our service area. Our priorities are patients and families, physicians, and employees. The Mission of Northern Maine Medical Center is to provide, coordinate, or support access to high-quality, affordable health care and to positively impact our communities’ quality of life by improving health status. As a charitable organization, NMMC provides general and acute health services to individuals and families in and around the St. John Valley.
