Shriners Hospitals for Children has a mission to: Provide the highest quality care to children with neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and other special healthcare needs within a compassionate, family-centered and collaborative care environment. Provide for the education of physicians and other healthcare professionals. Conduct research to discover new knowledge that improves the quality of care and quality of life of children and families. This mission is carried out without regard to race, color, creed, sex or sect, disability, national origin, or ability of a patient or family to pay.

The BryanLGH Foundation's mission is to: 1) provide academic and continuing education for nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals within the BryanLGH Health System and throughout the region; 2) assist the Health System in providing medical care to individuals in need, without regard to their ability to pay; 3) assist the Health System in providing advanced health care technology and treatment; and 4) support nursing and health care programs in the community and in Nebraska through grants awards, scholarships, other funding programs and to raise funds to upgrade and expand the BryanLGH College of Health Sciences facilities to increase nursing student enrollment and education opportunities. 5) assure that the Health System maintains its position as the leader in health care delivery in Lincoln and throughout the southeast Nebraska region. The Foundation has in the past and will continue to place a high priority on the importance of supporting nurses and the nursing profession to ensure the availability of quality health care for the community and the region. Collaboration with Partners Investing in Nursing's Future (PIN) on the Clinical Practice Education Consortium (CPEC) Project will provide the Foundation and its partners the opportunity, technical support, and matching funds to address the most urgent nursing problem in Nebraska, the growing shortage of qualified nursing faculty and the effect on health care in rural Nebraska.

Their mission is to fund research in support of the groundbreaking work necessary to find cures for all forms of pediatric brain tumors.

THE MISSION OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE SUPPORT BY WAY OF RECEIVING, MANAGING AND EXPENDING FUNDS AND OTHER ASSETS OF THIS CORPORATION TO BENEFIT THE MISSION OF MARION GENERAL HOSPITAL, INC.

La Rabida Children’s Hospital is dedicated to maintaining and improving the quality of life for each of our patients with complex conditions, disabilities, and chronic illness. The only hospital of its kind in Chicago, La Rabida provides a place of hope for all children with lifelong medical conditions. Our mission to serve patients regardless of their families' ability to pay remains the same. No child is ever turned away due to financial circumstances.

SUPPORT AND ASSIST UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS PARMA MEDICAL CENTER IN ITS EFFORTS TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY RESIDENTS AND ITS SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING FUNDING FOR ENHANCED OR ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS THAT OTHERWISE MIGHT NOT BE AVAILABLE.

The Foundation was created to match the interests and needs of public and private grant funding organizations with special projects that are of interest to the region's not-for-profit and public hospitals, continuing care facilities, the patients they serve, and the broader health community.

It is their goal to raise enough money for researchers to find a cure or more effective treatment for brain tumors. The funds they raise support the groundbreaking research of Dr. Jim Olson through Seattle Children’s and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
