It is their goal to raise enough money for researchers to find a cure or more effective treatment for brain tumors. The funds they raise support the groundbreaking research of Dr. Jim Olson through Seattle Children’s and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

To provide funds to or for the benefit of Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca, so as to promote the health and welfare of the community by soliciting, accepting, holding, investing and reinvesting gifts, grants, contributions, devices, benefits or trusts, endowments and property of any kind without limitations as to the amount or value.
THE ORGANIZATION IS THE PARENT COMPANY OF THE GRIFFIN HOSPITAL, GRIFFIN FACULTY PHYSICIANS, INC., HEALTHCARE ALLIANCE INSURANCE COMPANY, LTD, GH VENTURES, INC., THE GRIFFIN HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT FUND, INC., AND PLANETREE INTERNATIONAL, INC., AND ALSO PROVIDES PHARMACY SERVICES TO HOSPITAL PATIENTS AND OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY.
Founded in 1974, the USC Verdugo Hills Hospital Foundation raises and manages funds for the benefit of USC Verdugo Hills Hospital in order to meet the health care needs of the Foothill communities, including Glendale, La Canada, La Crescenta, Montrose, Sunland, Tujunga, Altadena and Pasadena.
The BryanLGH Foundation's mission is to: 1) provide academic and continuing education for nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals within the BryanLGH Health System and throughout the region; 2) assist the Health System in providing medical care to individuals in need, without regard to their ability to pay; 3) assist the Health System in providing advanced health care technology and treatment; and 4) support nursing and health care programs in the community and in Nebraska through grants awards, scholarships, other funding programs and to raise funds to upgrade and expand the BryanLGH College of Health Sciences facilities to increase nursing student enrollment and education opportunities. 5) assure that the Health System maintains its position as the leader in health care delivery in Lincoln and throughout the southeast Nebraska region. The Foundation has in the past and will continue to place a high priority on the importance of supporting nurses and the nursing profession to ensure the availability of quality health care for the community and the region. Collaboration with Partners Investing in Nursing's Future (PIN) on the Clinical Practice Education Consortium (CPEC) Project will provide the Foundation and its partners the opportunity, technical support, and matching funds to address the most urgent nursing problem in Nebraska, the growing shortage of qualified nursing faculty and the effect on health care in rural Nebraska.
