Motivated by the inherent worth of each individual and our great care for the people of Haiti, the Saint Rock Haiti Foundation works side by side with the people of Saint Rock and the surrounding rural communities to enhance their lives through: Providing quality primary health care; Helping children and young adults access valuable education opportunities; Instituting community outreach programs that support economic sustainability; Investing in infrastructure to support overall health; and Empowering members of the community to advocate for their rights in the future. We recognize that through our on-going collaboration with the Haitian government and non-governmental organizations, we will support the shared goal of greater self-sufficiency.

Partners for Healing's mission statement is "to open our hearts and hands in love and understanding by providing compassionate health care and nurturing to the uninsured who are working, disabled, or those transitioning into work in Coffee, Franklin, and Moore Counties".

Colel Chabad helps those who are too old or disabled to fend for themselves as well as individuals and families in crisis such as widows and orphans, new immigrants in transition and impoverished young couples seeking to establish a basic household

Freedom Golf Association (FGA) is dedicated to bringing joy and a sense of freedom to the special needs community through their inclusion in the game of golf. We provide free adaptive golf clinics to individuals with physical, developmental, and sensory disabilities and wounded veterans.

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. (HSNHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing health care without regard to race, sex, color, national origin, or ability to pay. HSNHC addresses the physical and behavioral health needs of families and children living primarily in the Dorchester, Mattapan, and Roxbury neighborhoods of Boston. The Health Center serves as a primary source for health education and works with the community to identify and put into action needed health services and works with community groups to ensure the well-being of the communities it serves. It is HSNHC's core belief that high quality health care delivered in a dignified manner should be made available, accessible, and affordable to all people as a right, rather than a privilege.

Cedar Lake provides residential, community-based, and enrichment services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the greater Louisville area. The organization focuses on supportive housing, day/enrichment programs, job services, therapies and transportation so people can live as fully and independently as possible.

Shepherd Center's mission is to help people who have experienced a catastrophic injury or disease, which has resulted in a temporary or permanent disability, rebuild their lives with hope, dignity, and independence, advocating for their full inclusion in all aspects of community life while promoting safety and injury prevention.

Riverside is a community-based nonprofit providing behavioral healthcare and human services across the lifespan. It delivers mental health, developmental-disability and brain-injury services, early childhood and youth programs, addiction treatment, crisis/trauma response, and related supports to strengthen individuals, families, and communities.

LCIF, was established in 1968 as the humanitarian arm of Lions Clubs International. It supports the activities of Lions throughout the world with particular emphasis on blindness prevention and sight restoration projects (SightFirst), youth programs, aiding the disabled, and emergency and disaster relief grants to assist communities impacted by natural catastrophes.
