Mission & VisionOur goal is to provide compassionate assistance to hospice patients and their families on a nationwide basis by funding certain expenses that go beyond the hospice care benefit through our Special Needs Fund.

smashSMARD is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to increase awareness of SMARD1 and the IGHMBP2 gene mutation in order to fund research that will lead to treatments and cures.
