Our mission is to offer hope and healing for those grieving the loss of someone special or struggling with the challenges of life by providing support services in the Southeastern Connecticut Community. In addition to grief support, we promote suicide awareness and prevention with education on suicide risk factors and warning signs.

Our mission is to provide “quality mental health and educational services in a compassionate and comfortable environment”. HOME is staffed by professionals that dedicate themselves to helping children and families with mental, emotional and behavioral health challenges.

Since its founding in 1972, the Helen Ross McNabb Foundation has worked diligently to support the work of the McNabb Center. In addition to providing leadership and direction, the Foundation’s staff and 26-member volunteer board actively raises, holds and invests funds on behalf of the Center. Funds raised by the Foundation over the years have contributed greatly toward the stability and growth of the Center. The Foundation raises funds through several avenues.

We exist to conquer mental illness by investing in groundbreaking scientific research and mental health initiatives.

The Fairhaven Foundation transforms the lives of those eligible for services through the Trumbull County Board of Developmental Disabilities. They enhance the quality of life of eligible individuals by intentionally engaging them in impactful programming, and supporting meaningful outcomes.

THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO ENSURE A STRONG FINANCIAL BASE THROUGH ACTIVE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IN ORDER TO SUPPORT TARC, INC'S MISSION OF ENHANCING THE LIVES OF PEOPLE AFFECTED BY DEVELOPMENTAL AND RELATED DISABILITIES THROUGH COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE, SUPPORT AND ADVOCACY.

LifePath Foundation is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for individuals and families impacted by behavioral health, intellectual or developmental challenges in Collin County, resulting in stronger communities. We raise funds for LifePath Systems‘ programs and services. LifePath Systems helps individuals to reach their full potential.

The mission of The Yay Foundation is to empower and uplift individuals who have been negatively impacted by mental health issues such as addictions, suicides, depression, and a sense of hopelessness. Through the transformative power of art (comedy, humor, and storytelling), we aim to bring hope, strength, and healing to these individuals, enabling them to overcome adversity and thrive.

The Pollinators Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit that promotes mental health resilience and social healing. We create compassionate communities of care and belonging through the power of arts, nature and restorative mind-body practices. Through a holistic community-based approach we bring together people from all walks of life to cultivate and sustain health, joy and resiliency connecting to creativity, nature, body wisdom, and to each other. Together, we co-create compassionate support ecosystems that foster deep care, community connection and wellbeing.We are committed to serving neurodiverse people, their families and caregivers, and those who otherwise might not have access to or cannot afford these services.
