(FNE) is dedicated to empowering individuals who have autism, developmental disabilities, and others with varying abilities to pursue their chosen path to live a meaningful and satisfying life by providing transitional and long-term supports and services in a rural environment that fosters growth, interdependence, and self-confidence.

Founded in 1971, Unity House is a not-for-profit, human services agency that plays an integral role in empowering the most vulnerable citizens of the capital district in upstate NY. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for people living in poverty, adults with mental illness, victims of domestic violence, children with developmental delays and their families, people living with HIV/AIDS, and others whose needs can effectively be met by Unity House services and philosophy. Unity House provides direct service to those in need and works toward social justice. We help individuals identify their strengths and needs, draw upon their abilities, and access community resources.

They aim to nurture mental wellness and prevent suicide by serving as a link to integrative care of mind, body and spirit. We serve as advocates with our collaborative network of resources, community engagement and cost assistance programs.

Home of New Vision is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides gender-specific programs and specialized services to empower, protect, encourage, and enrich the lives of men, women, their families, and communities affected by the disease of addiction. We are committed to promoting change and awareness, and reducing stigma and shame, by providing a better understanding of recovery. Our philosophy is that substance use disorders are treatable, chronic diseases whose progression can be interrupted at any point. We believe that substance use disorder education, treatment, and support are effective ways to intervene in the progression and development of chemical dependency, and to allow for sustained, long-term recovery.

The mission of PLAN of Maryland-D.C. is to enable individuals with disabilities to maximize their potential for independence and quality of life through coordinated service and programs that emphasize long term planning, case management, family services and financial management.

Our mission is to create positive life style changes for teenage girls. We do this by providing a nurturing skills building environment helping them to achieve their full potential while transitioning from adolescence to adulthood.

Hospice of the Piedmont is an organized, not for profit program that, upon informed choice, provides palliative care, health care, and supportive services to patients, their families, and significant others in both home and facility-based settings. Physical, social, spiritual, and emotional care is provided during the last stages of illness, during the dying process, and during bereavement by a medically directed interdisciplinary team. Hospice of the Piedmont serves patients from four North Carolina counties: Guilford, Forsyth, Randolph and Davidson.

Knights of Heroes empowers children who have lost a parent in service to our Nation, by providing positive adult mentorship, character development, and lasting friendships, which are forged through outdoor adventure programs.
